I called before I came to this place as a walk in. Since first contact all service was friendly and courteous. When I got there I was seated on a spa chair for my pedicure and was given this small table for my manicure. I enjoyed how clean the establishment was kept. The decoration was very chic and cute. Music was relaxing. Both techs were straight to the point. The lady that helped me figure out what I wanted (I wasn't sure plus I'm very indecisive) was spot on. I picked both color and design for mani & pedi (natural color gel with chrome) . My pedi's massage was amazing btw. I am very happy with my experience. I will be coming back.

Was recommended to go to this nail shop, finally went today and I highly recommend it. They left my nails exactly how I wanted them in length and style. I also liked that Letto Nails accepts Zell and Venmo payments, which makes it easier not having to use/find an ATM. They have a forever customer from me.

I was super comfortable and was welcomed with open arms. Katie did a gel x set and they were beautiful! Literally a month later they're still holding and my hair STILL isn't getting caught under them! Definitely will be back again.

Review by my wife and I was a witness: I stopped going here because Julie appeared to be upset over my husband asking the other worker to fix his crooked nails. I'm not sure if this was her daughter but she had an angry face, started saying something in her language and decided to dig deep into my pedicure. I seriously felt as if I was abused. The owner Cathy was there too and didn't seem to care. This place has bad customer service! I stopped going there a few months ago. read more

For starters, you should probably only go to this place if you want Gel X or acrylics. Basic interior in a shopping center. While they're very friendly, it took them forever to do my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was the 2nd worst I've ever had, felt like she skipped so many steps, when she was cleaning underneath the nail she didn't wipe whatever came out onto the towel... she dumped it into the water... where my feet are soaking. I was so grossed out. The woman doing my manicure had to do the cutting and shaping for her and the French tip on my toes is hardly even a French tip. My manicure is cute, but ended up being kind of messy and mediocre. Nothing hurt while they were doing it so I'll give them that. All in all I ended up paying $90 and it wasn't worth it. I believe this place is better suited for those who want fake nails. Me personally, I won't be back. read more

Got my nails done for the first time with Natalie. She did an amazing job on my minion nails. The shop is clean everyone is very nice and they are on time. Had an appointment at 9 AM even though they don't open until 9:30 AM I highly recommend the salon For your nails and pedicure. read more

First off I was the only person there of my color second of all they were rude 30 told me I couldn't get a regular pedicure I had to get a gel pedicure although the other women in there that were not my color I could get a regular pedicure but I had to get a gel pedicure if I wanted any design on it as if I've never had a pedicure or regular pedicure with a design I let her do my nails the side of them begin to peel I will never go there don't give your money to people who don't respect you we don't have to pay their mortgage let them go back to their country so they can pay their own mortgage but I will never go there I'll go to ladies nails on the lake went South but I will never go right there on Paramount and market ever again they don't respect people of color. read more

This is my go-to nail salon!!!! I don't live around this area but I always come here to get my nails done. They also have a lot of cute charms and designs. The vibe is calming with good music. Rachel and Chloe are so good at what they do. I have such sensitive skin and nails but they are always very gentle and make sure I'm comfortable. I highly recommend this salon. Good service with such affordable price! I WILL KEEP COMING BACK!!! read more

Vinny, Gina and Theresa are amazing! Been coming here when it was safe to open during the pandemic. I make my appointments weeks in advance because of the demand for Vinny. He takes his time and pays attention to details on every set I get. My nails are always vibrant and fun but when I need to tone them down, they are just as stunning. If I have a broken nail, he makes time to fit me in for a repair. It rarely happens as his sets last 4-5 weeks intact. Would highly recommend making an appointment. I really wanted to like this place and leave a great review like all the others. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and a full set. I should have known it was going to not end well when I asked for "cat eye" on almond shape and she asked what was that and if I had pictures. After 2 hours of her working on my hands and not getting a cat eye look I opted out to skip on the pedi. It was clear that she was new and didn't know that she was doing. Absolutely love Letto nail. Vinny, Gina, and Theresa always take care of me and my daughter. Vinny does my nails and I'm always beyond happy with his work. Gina does my daughter's nails and my daughter can show her any design or idea and Gina always makes it come to life. They are appointment only and I suggest calling a couple of weeks in advance but they are hands down the best nail salon around. read more

First time in this shop today. I stumbled on them after my usual nail place failed to call me to tell me my Tech wasn't able to make my appointment (2nd incident like this so I'm done with them). Got in my car and pulled up Yelp, found Letto's and the reviews had me sold. I took a chance and dropped in and Vinny greeted me and said it would be another 40 minutes before he could fit me in. I left and came back, so glad I did...Teresa did my acrylic fill/gel manicure and Julia did my pedicure. Both were extremely meticulous and I'm so happy with the way my nails turned out. I will definitely be scheduling an appointment next time and look forward to returning. The shop is very small, so an appointment is best, but looks like everyone who works there really knows what they are doing. Highly recommend! read more

Rude, though they were busy I asked to get my nails done. I got there at 5:40. They let me sit there until 615 to tell me that she was not gonna be able to do my nails because they close at seven and she was still busy as long as I got there before seven I should still have been able to get my nails done, they must be rich they sit in the corner. They don't have enough clientele as it is very rude. Do not patronize. read more

Omg I just found my new nail shop. So yes 1. I definitely recommend an appointment but either way they are so sweet and accommodating. 2. The private small ambience was the best experience that made me relax, something I haven't done in a while. 3. You must go to Katie when I say she hooked my nails up it is an understatement. She was so soft and gentle cleaned my nails and cuticles before applying a beautiful new set. I will definitely be back soon read more

Very friendly and kind people working here, and it seems like they do great designs, but I would not recommend for a pedicure. I had probably one of the roughest pedicures I have ever had. I e been going to the same tech for 5 years but she was not available for a week and I really needed a pedicure. I came here based on the reviews and how close it was to me. Unfortunately, my toes have been cut in multiple places, which has not happened to me in years. There are also several toes that dried covered in air bubbles, which is irritating. I still appreciate the kindness of the technicians and the shop is cute, but I would not recommend for pedicures. read more

Wow wow wow! I don't typically leave yelp reviews but this place DESERVES IT! Vinny and his wife Gina are extremely talented. I have been coming here to get my nails done for about a year now with my friend and I've never been disappointed. Vinny is a very friendly and funny person to be around. I put a couple of photos of some of my favorite sets that he has done on me. The sets he does always last me for longer than a month too! He really knows how to make it last and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend you to give him a call and book an appointment! 10/10 read more

I asked for a slight light pink.. but at the end I asked if she can add some French tips to it last minute. She said yes w/o any hesitation. She took her time & made sure everything was perfect!! Signed in at the screen at the receptionist desk. Was then walked over and seated at the massage chair. Was asked if we wanted something to drink and I asked for water. Then I was told that they serve complimentary Vietnamese iced coffee or iced matcha or mimosa. What?! At 2:30pm?! Love it!! We got the mini moment pedicure which is the standard pedicure. It was a great experience and my nail tech was amazing. No talking, just focused on getting it done. Lol it comes with a mini foot massage. Ugh loved it so much. I have found my forever mani/pedi place! We'll definitely be back to try the other pedicures. The place itself is beautiful, clean and inviting. The customer service is stellar 100/10 recommend. I was also pleased with the ombre design. My friend got a mani/pedi and was very happy. Finally, she has shiny fingernails just from buffing. She didn't even need clear polish. She said her pedicure was perfect. I was watching as she got her pedicure and knew for sure I would get one next time also. They also offered beverages and continued to check on their customers. It's clean, well organized, and very professional. We look forward to coming back.

But I definitely wont be back. I felt like my hair was abused here. After mentioning i have issue with a lot of hair loss, i experienced aggressive brushing through knots and painful pulling/hair washing. After mentioning i try to minimize heat on my hair. I got to see a steaming/smoking hot iron pressed through my hair to curl it. I bit my tongue through the process to be nice but my face didnt hide the pain and disapproval/freaking out. I later messaged the stylist to be honest, and got scolded for "changing my mind" I dont believe he recognizes the problem. I obviously did not get what i asked for. I also dont believe he knows what went wrong. He did offer to add more highlights but my issue is not the lack of highlights, its that my hair is ORANGE. Its gonna cost me so much more to fix. I came here to get my nails done for my big day, this is the SECOND time i come to get my nails…read moredone. I am very low maintenances and only get my nails done for special occasions and they are very good at replicating designs you want. The smell is nice inside, workers are always nice. My major takeaway why i wanted to come back was that usually nail salons nip at my cuticle and it gets red/stings. So i'm always afraid at getting my nails done, but they are gentle with the drill and i've never came across an issue. Will come back!

I went in for a new Gel-X set, but halfway through the…read moreappointment I decided I didn't want to continue after learning the nails were only expected to last about three weeks which wasn't what I was looking for. The nail tech I usually go to at a different nail salon wasn't available today. He's always able to get my nails to last a month and a half. When I said I wanted to stop the service, I was told by Tristan who was doing my nails that had to either pay $60 for the hour of time and $5 for the removal or continue with the appointment. I felt extremely pressured into finishing the service even though I no longer wanted it. No customer should feel like they don't have a choice. The nails themselves look fine, but that's not the issue. The way the situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and trapped, and it completely ruined the experience. I left upset instead of happy with my nails. I won't be returning and would recommend that anyone considering this salon ask about their policies before starting a service.

Especially now, as we have all been impacted by an oligarchy improperly placed in the land of the free and home of the brave...how dare it raise its ugly head in this local beauty shop store. A good friend of mine, after utilizing her Inspector Gadget research skills to locate the perfect new texture, color, and style of hair to re-do her braids, found this specific supply store in her neighborhood. Loving the location and the fact they had the hair she needed was a delight and excitement as she was preparing for a lovely Valentine's/Presidents Day weekend! She just knew everything was falling into alignment. She entered the store, easily found everything she she needed, and due to her research, knew exactly how much her items would cost; taxes and everything included. The clerk rang her up and as my dear friend was just about to go on about her lovely Friday evening, she stopped and look at her receipt in hopes to celebrate how spot on her math would be. But unfortunately, she was stopped in her tracks as she noticed an exuberant additional amount charged over her own calculations. $60 worth of odd charges. She had a "things that make you go hmmm..." moment. My dear friend inquired about the additional charges and was met with what seemed to be "I'mma make some bs up so this lady will get out of my face" energy. My dear friend did not like this and asked for the manager and the clerk responded the manager was busy. Friend asked for the manager's name and the clerk gave it and it was the name of the clerk. Friend asked "Is that you??" The clerk responded "Yes." Friends' mind was blown and her annoyance grew. Friend asked for an explanation of the charges and like most businesses that attempt to take advantage of customers, when it got down to the core of it, the manager couldn't explain the charges and offered a refund to her debit card which would take 7-10 business days. My friend wasn't buying it, demanded an immediate cash refund of the over charges and wasn't leaving until she received it. I don't blame her at all. If you knew my dear friend, you would agree she is a lovely person and definitely not the person to play, scam, lie, cheat, or steal from. It would not be wise. Eventually the "clerk/manager/I accidentally over charged you $60 for some hair" came to her senses and refunded Friend in cash and all was calm. In a time when everyones money has an assignment and very few of us can enjoy luxury let alone have spare time and change to beautify ourselves, the last thing we need in a place as sacred as the beauty supply store, is the mindset and ill-political strategies of "wanna-be" oligarchs. This really ain't the time to be messing with anyone, especially women when it's time to get our hair done. This business needs to do better and realize many of us ain't too busy or distracted to read our receipts. This is a warning to them to stop pressing your luck. We're entering a time when buyers are not afraid to report you for fraud. Thank you for coming to my TEDTALK.

I was welcomed by everyone as I entered. T who did my pedicure was gentle, polite , and reassuring. I had broke my toe nail and needed to get acrylic and it looks super natural and blended. My appointment was at 1& at 2 I was done so she took her time. Feet feel nice and soft and I enjoyed the massage included with the deluxe. She opened a sterilized pack and the salon is over spacious and clean. Happy I found my new go to spot :)
