I picked out a nail polish color. There are polishes in 3 different areas. Not a good look. Call me OCD if you want. Polishes should all be in one area and a bit organized by either brand, style or color. Not saying that it should be perfect, but it was hard to find what I was looking for. I needed a full set and a pedicure. I'm not sure who my manicurist was, but she was nice, once I sat down. I asked for a curved style tip and, by the end, there was no curve. Although, I do have to say, I'm satisfied with the finished look. Not exactly what I was looking for though. One thing that went wrong was that it was painful when she filed. And got a little aggressive with the dremel. My nail beds are very sore, and I bled in 3 places. She did not acknowledge the blood on my finger(s). Also I was given a pedi the old way, not in a spa chair. I was a little disappointed, but hey, whats a girl to do? I have a toe nail that is growing a little thick, and asked for it to be filed down a bit, to smooth it out. Didn't happen. She did honor me by not cutting into the sides of my toe nails, as I asked. When it came time to pay $60. Wow. That's expensive for a full set and a pedi I won't be coming back, due to the painful filing, and the issue of not delivering what I was asking for. Luckily, I had enough cash. They should take credit/debit. They would have more happy customers.

Kim was my technician. She was so helpful, friendly, and professional, and she wasn't overly talkative. We had some chit-chat, but I never felt pressure to keep the conversation going. (My preference! ) I wanted tips, but I need to keep my nails very short. Normally, technicians tell me it will look bad and refuse to cut them down to my preferred length, but Kim "nailed" it. She was able to get my nails short and keep them thin enough they don't "look bad". THe location has plenty of parking space and is easy to pull in and out of (not a busy road). I didn't get any other services, but I am happy with what I received. The only negative I saw isn't really a negative; some of the chairs looked worn. That shows me they've had people in those seats.

I came midday, so there was no wait at all. I was greeted immediately and with a friendly smile. Yuna and I had a great conversation, and my nails look perfect! She wasn't rough when removing the old dip color, and she didn't rub my nail beds raw. Just all around clean, professional, and high quality work. Tons of services available, so I plan to return for a pedi with the extra massage. For the color change in dip, the price was very reasonable. I was greeted when I walked in told to pick out a color, which they had a lot to choose from btw. What I really liked was they had allll their colors regular polish, gel, and SNS colors on the wall for you to choose from. Because usually they have all the gel and SNS colors behind a desk somewhere. I was told to sit down and a man (which I later found out was named James) did my nails. Now, I don't usually like men doing my nails as I think they do a rushed and sloppy job (based on experiences from the past). But James was good he worked fast and was gentle. This wasn't my usual nail place so I opted for a manicure with gel polish. They had a great selection of colors to choose from also. James did my nails completely by hand filing no drills. I feel like I was in and out of there in 30 minutes which is great because I'm a little impatient. The total for a gel manicure or and wax was $30. The only negative I can take away from the experience was the younger nail techs in the shop came off a little bitchy. I was asking them about other services they provided and instead of giving me full details they simply just answered with a yes or no. I know what you're thinking but they spoke English just fine they just seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Other than that I had a great experience the owner was very nice she said the shop has been open for 20 years and they remodel every two years.
