I booked the appointment for 3pm the next day and drove all the way from the strip on my vacation. When i called to confirm location, i was told that i never booked an appointment and would have to wait here for almost 2 hours if i wanted to be seen. Booking seems very unprofessional, never even got the chance to get my nails done and i had to sit outside in 115° heat while i waited 20 minutes for my uber. The only plus was that i got a refund but still spent over $60 on Ubers and taxis to get there! All im gonna say is DONT BOOK HERE ON VACATION AND WASTE $60!!! The first photo is what I asked for, and the second is what I actually got... it's honestly a huge difference. What a letdown. Never coming back. Beware.
