some positives: the nail tech dod a good job on my cuticles and painted the nail down to the cuticle instead of leaving a gap, like so many nail techs tend to do Negatives: i had a gel manicure done and they had gotten paint on the skin and didn't properly clean up around the nail and on closer inspection it looked a little sloppy. A couple of days later I noticed the gel slightly lifting Around the sides of the nail. By week 2 the gel is cracking and chipping on several nails. I've had gel mani's before and I've never had them chip like this, not even at the end of two weeks. read more

I called several times to request an appointment or consult. You can't book without a deposit. Since a consult was needed why would I spend $20 for a consult. So decided to try to find your salon which obviously I couldn't locate so tried calling again and finally got an answer? I tried to explain my situation which I struggled to articulate and asked to be seen as quick consult to which you could give educated decision on if the ingrown is a concern or not... I would been totally fine with no since expertise requires evaluation. Instead you cut me off. And said I wouldn't be seen anyways. It was curt and unnecessary ... but so be it. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with my scheduled appointment. My appointment was booked for 3:00 PM, and no one contacted me ahead of time to let me know there would be any delay. I drove about 30 minutes to get there, and when I called because I was having trouble finding the location, I was told they were running about 15 minutes behind. Once I arrived, I was then told the wait would actually be closer to 30 minutes. That may not seem like a big deal, but the appointment itself was expected to take around three hours, and I also had a 30-minute drive home. Because of the delay, I no longer had enough time to get the service done. This was especially frustrating because this was my only opportunity to get my nails done before going out of town, and I specifically made an appointment to avoid this kind of situation. The location was also very difficult to find. There was no clear signage outside, the website did not clearly identify the exact shop or suite, the ClassPass page did not provide enough detail, and even the sign on the door did not match the business name listed on ClassPass. It was confusing and stressful trying to figure out where to go. I understand delays happen, but I would have appreciated a phone call or message ahead of time, clear directions, and a more professional response once I arrived. Being told to simply wait longer after already making an appointment and driving there was not acceptable. I had the lovely opportunity to meet Rome and be her first client in Las Vegas! She was so meticulous at cleaning up my nails and making sure that I was comfortable. We had a fun conversation and she gave recommendations for restaurants in the area. Her studio is cute and bright and made me feel really happy being in the space. Rome gave me a really beautiful sunset orange chrome with water/dewdrops for my manicure and I am obsessed. She made sure the hard gel overlay was perfect on my nails and was so detail-driven. I also received a nice pedicure and she made sure to take extra time to take off my dry skin - and even offered to change the gel color mid session since the color I had picked wasn't really coming through. I can't wait to be back and see her again! I travel frequently and visit Las Vegas regularly, and I'm really happy I found her :) read more

Besides being a little difficult to find, this place is a gem! Don't let the super affordable prices fool you. I got my best gel mani pedi ever. The technician took her time to show me different colors and never pressured me to get prematurely started with the wrong color. She and the owner were so personable and professional. The business was also very clean and well-maintained. They do "dry" services with no soaking and it worked out just fine if not better. Highly highly recommend. read more

My daughter and I went in on the last minute manicure for both of us to have a set of nails put on. My daughter's nails are still on, but two of them have blood, also they are very painful underneath the nails. There is an unknown reason why it is bleeding and hurting. As for my hand I have only got two nails left on and it messed up my cruise that I was on. They tell you right off the bat, not to get them wet. But that's hard to do when that's all your hands are doing and mine came off even before I had them in water. They came off within the first four hours. My daughter had her hands in water and her nails won't come off. I don't know how to get them off, as this is the new type of nails that they have. I called them when I got back from my vacation to inform them that this happened and they I wanted to refund less than half of what was spent [$65 out of $175]. Then, they tried to only give us even less than that as a refund [$30]. When my daughter texts Rome for the last time early evening, Rome, then proceeds to block my daughters number when my daughter was just asking about her refund. So now it is my turn. Also, going to the BBB about them. They need to refund all of the $175 that charged my daughter that day. read more

I was looking for a nail tech last minute before my boyfriends birthday Thursday and Rome was kind enough to take me in and with an extremely reasonable price. She was very professional and took her time doing my nails how I liked, never once complained or made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Very personable, did such a great job on my nails, and just amazing customer service. I have finally found my nail tech, will be coming back and recommending others to her!!! It was my first time here at this salon no complaints for the customer service. They were very accommodating very quick to service and they were very kind offering drinks and snacks making sure I was comfortable stuff like that which I really like, but I do have complaints and that being How my nails came out which the pricing wasn't too bad because my nails came out looking exactly how I did not want them to look they came out looking very cheap and which they were $80 but when I had looked on online, they were rated a 5 Star so I am just a little confused which also the studio I would not rate that a five star I wanted a basic French tip a Valentine's Day set and unfortunately, the lady that was doing my nails had a very hard time doing a basic simple French tip, which makes me wonder which makes me think How did this person get hired and working here if this person is unable to do a basic French tip I don't understand to each own anyway my cuticles are not done at all. It looks like everything is connected into one ginormous finger and they're also very dull for forgetting them just done. They're very dull and actually I'd be kind of surprised if they last long sorry not sorry I would change the rating online to a five star down to a 2.5 star but overall experience was pretty good.
