booked and paid ahead of time, when i called the first time, they told me that i had to wait until the next day to make an appointment, which i did. I booked the appointment for 3pm the next day and drove all the way from the strip on my vacation. When i called to confirm location, i was told that i never booked an appointment and would have to wait here for almost 2 hours if i wanted to be seen. Booking seems very unprofessional, never even got the chance to get my nails done and i had to sit outside in 115° heat while i waited 20 minutes for my uber. The only plus was that i got a refund but still spent over $60 on Ubers and taxis to get there! All im gonna say is DONT BOOK HERE ON VACATION AND WASTE $60!!! I am never one to write a review but I am deeply frustrated . I booked an appointment with Millionails a week in advance for 2:30 PM. When I arrived, I was told they were running behind and asked to come back at 3:00 PM. After returning, my appointment still didn't start until 3:30 PM. I let the staff know I had another appointment at 4:00 PM and couldn't stay much longer. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I explained that I really didn't because I had already set aside time for this appointment. They ended up rescheduling me for 2:00 PM the next day instead. I called several times to request an appointment or consult. You can't book without a deposit. Since a consult was needed why would I spend $20 for a consult. So decided to try to find your salon which obviously I couldn't locate so tried calling again and finally got an answer? I tried to explain my situation which I struggled to articulate and asked to be seen as quick consult to which you could give educated decision on if the ingrown is a concern or not... I would been totally fine with no since expertise requires evaluation. Instead you cut me off. And said I wouldn't be seen anyways. It was curt and unnecessary ... but so be it. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with my scheduled appointment. My appointment was booked for 3:00 PM, and no one contacted me ahead of time to let me know there would be any delay. I drove about 30 minutes to get there, and when I called because I was having trouble finding the location, I was told they were running about 15 minutes behind. Once I arrived, I was then told the wait would actually be closer to 30 minutes. That may not seem like a big deal, but the appointment itself was expected to take around three hours, and I also had a 30-minute drive home. Because of the delay, I no longer had enough time to get the service done. This was especially frustrating because this was my only opportunity to get my nails done before going out of town, and I specifically made an appointment to avoid this kind of situation. The location was also very difficult to find. There was no clear signage outside, the website did not clearly identify the exact shop or suite, the ClassPass page did not provide enough detail, and even the sign on the door did not match the business name listed on ClassPass. It was confusing and stressful trying to figure out where to go. I understand delays happen, but I would have appreciated a phone call or message ahead of time, clear directions, and a more professional response once I arrived. Being told to simply wait longer after already making an appointment and driving there was not acceptable. Overall, the lack of communication, unclear location information, and poor handling of the delay made this a really frustrating experience. read more

some positives: the nail tech dod a good job on my cuticles and painted the nail down to the cuticle instead of leaving a gap, like so many nail techs tend to do Negatives: i had a gel manicure done and they had gotten paint on the skin and didn't properly clean up around the nail and on closer inspection it looked a little sloppy. A couple of days later I noticed the gel slightly lifting Around the sides of the nail. By week 2 the gel is cracking and chipping on several nails. I've had gel mani's before and I've never had them chip like this, not even at the end of two weeks. read more

Besides being a little difficult to find, this place is a gem! Don't let the super affordable prices fool you. I got my best gel mani pedi ever. The technician took her time to show me different colors and never pressured me to get prematurely started with the wrong color. She and the owner were so personable and professional. The business was also very clean and well-maintained. They do "dry" services with no soaking and it worked out just fine if not better. Highly highly recommend. read more

My daughter and I went in on the last minute manicure for both of us to have a set of nails put on. My daughter's nails are still on, but two of them have blood, also they are very painful underneath the nails. There is an unknown reason why it is bleeding and hurting. As for my hand I have only got two nails left on and it messed up my cruise that I was on. They tell you right off the bat, not to get them wet. But that's hard to do when that's all your hands are doing and mine came off even before I had them in water. They came off within the first four hours. My daughter had her hands in water and her nails won't come off. I don't know how to get them off, as this is the new type of nails that they have. I called them when I got back from my vacation to inform them that this happened and they I wanted to refund less than half of what was spent [$65 out of $175]. Then, they tried to only give us even less than that as a refund [$30]. When my daughter texts Rome for the last time early evening, Rome, then proceeds to block my daughters number when my daughter was just asking about her refund. So now it is my turn. Also, going to the BBB about them. They need to refund all of the $175 that charged my daughter that day. read more

I was looking for a nail tech last minute before my boyfriends birthday Thursday and Rome was kind enough to take me in and with an extremely reasonable price. She was very professional and took her time doing my nails how I liked, never once complained or made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Very personable, did such a great job on my nails, and just amazing customer service. I have finally found my nail tech, will be coming back and recommending others to her!!! THANK YOU ROME! read more
