Full set acrylic and Pedi
Faith F.

was my first time visiting and loved the atmosphere. Jazz did my acrylic full set and was helpful when i was indecisive on what i wanted and helped come up with the perfect set. Shani did my pedi with poly gel on my toes and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. It was my first time getting any "extension" on my toes so i let Shani do her thing and they came out exactly how i imagined! both girls had a good attitude and i felt comfortable the whole time. will definitely recommend to other people and will be back (:

Shani was amazing!! She gave me a full set and did my toes and I was very happy! Great service and very talented!! Thank you!!!!

Love my nails!!!

Jazz is the girl you want to go see!!! She gets me right everytime!!! I love her personality and her customer service is on point!! She definitely knows how to make a customer happy!!! Will forever return as long as she is there!!

Uneven french edges, messy.

Booked appointments online after viewing their price menu and seeing that they were open late. I arrived on time and didn't have to wait long. I selected the classic pedicure for $35. Hanna did my pedicure and was very friendly but did draw blood when doing my cuticles and quickly put my foot back in the water. She also criticized me for being with my partner for over four years without being married, saying that I need to fix that. I don't frequent nail salons and after putting some polish on my nails, she put my foot into a gel lamp. I wasn't thrilled about it because of the UV damage. I shared this with her and let her know I had never done it. She said I could try it, not letting me know that it was an additional price. The owner, Destoney did my full set (priced at $45 on the website where I booked.) It seemed okay when I was in there, but I will attach pictures and a video of all of the bare spots on the edges where she didn't evenly complete the french arch so one side of my nail has a complete white tip and the other side is bare. There is also white spots of nail polish still remaining on the clear part from not removing all of the white during shaping. I let Destoney know I wanted to do regular nail polish. She asked if I usually do regular polish because nobody does regular polish anymore, only gel. I let her know that I haven't gone to the salon in years. She said that the gel dries in just a few minutes where the regular polish would take about an hour to dry and they don't have drying stations. I let her know that I was concerned about possible UV damage from the gel lamp as I had read that there was potential for danger. She let me know that she has been doing nails for four years and that was a lie. Since the gel price was included in the price of the full set, I agreed to do it. When I went home I looked into it and found at least two articles about potential danger from gel manicures. The first article below is from UC San Diego. It states "experimental results and the prior evidence strongly suggest that radiation emitted by UV-nail polish dryers may cause cancers of the hand and that UV-nail polish dryers, similar to tanning beds, may increase the risk of early-onset skin cancer." https://today.ucsd.edu/story/uv-emitting-nail-polish-dryers-damage-dna-and-cause-mutations-in-cells The next article from Columbia University found that "links DNA damage and cancer-causing mutations to ultraviolet-emitting nail polish dryers commonly used for gel manicures. "https://www.cancer.columbia.edu/news/new-study-links-gel-manicures-increased-cancer-risk-hiccc-experts-weigh So, not only did I unexpectedly receive a UV gel service on my toes, but I agreed to do hands because the owner promised me there was no risk. I wish the staff were better informed before they confidently spread misinformation, because despite sharing my concern, I was still exposed to this damaging service. I don't believe there was malicious intent rather a case of misinformation. When I got to the register, the owner stated my total was $115. I was surprised because the pedicure was $35 and the full set was $45. She let me know that it was an extra $20 because I got gel on my toes. I let her know that I have never done gel nails before and was not expecting to pay for that service. I thought it was included because I had already selected the $35 pedicure and was not informed or even asked if I wanted gel nails. For the full set which was listed for$45 when I booked, she claimed was $50. I let her know that I booked online and the price was $45. She just said "well we are changing our prices...so..." She took $5 off because I was not expecting to get the gel nails upcharge, which was the price for the nail art so I guess I got french tips for free (totally understand an extra $5 for that, no biggie), but there was a $2 fee for paying with a card. I was offered water and popcorn and the massage chair was comfortable. Destoney had just eaten jersey mike's. The bag was right next to me and I could smell the onions throughout my service. Staff was all nice but I won't return. I was really disappointed in the experience. I encourage the staff to consider updating their prices on the physical menu and website, as well as asking customers if they would like gel before just putting it on and then charging extra. Even if they were updating their prices, a simple acknowledgement that the price is different from booking price before beginning the service would have gone a long way.

Not one hair left behind. Best wax ever!
Allison H.

Literally the best wax I've ever had! I came in to get my upper lip and chin waxed and Maliyah (sp?) was fantastic. She took her time, was very meticulous and was super sweet. I ended up also getting my eyebrows waxed too because the service was so good! I have PCOS and get a lot of embarrassing facial hair. My usual waxer back home in California does a good job, but Maliyah went above and literally beyond by waxing all the way down my neck, which is often forgotten because I'm on the heavier side. 5 solid stars for waxing. 5 stars for the friendliness of the guy at the front counter who checked me in and offered popcorn. 5 stars for the great pricing.

We hadn't been to this location for a while and we needed a pedicure before our trip, so we decided to stop by and get gel pedicures done. We were greeted right away by whom I think is the owner and asked what service we needed, so we said two gel pedicures and they sat us down after getting our chairs ready. They had three techs working on two ladies who were getting a pedicure and also full sets, so we were waiting a bit. The business page says complimentary/free drinks, but we didn't get offer anything- luckily we brought our own. There were 4 people working for how big the place is, so I'm not sure if it was the weather or they're not too busy here now. I originally thought the staff was working extra hard on the ladies by doing their full sets and their pedicures, since we sat there for about 30 or 40 minutes before they helped us. One of the techs came to do mine, and the owner came to do my daughter's. The other two techs still took the ladies to the full set stations to finish or start theirs after one of the techs had been working on one of them- so not sure if the workers are slow, or they liked the customers and pay attention to their regulars. While all this was happening my water slowly started to drain and I had to sit in the chair with my cold feet and wait for the tech to come assist me. Then the owner said my daughter had fungus and she wanted to do the fungus treatment for an extra charge. Not true, she hasn't had fungus ever, my husband does so I know exactly what it looks like! My daughter also said her pedicure was painful, but she didn't speak up because she's very quiet. My tech was nice, she didn't try to upsell me on anything, but my pedicure is a bit crooked, (the nail cutting), and some of my nails are missing apparent paint. Pedicures here start at $50, so it's a decent price, but I won't return due to the long wait time, the urge to upsell, the waiting for service and also my nails being cut crooked.

This nail salon went above and beyond to accommodate my friends & I (total of 5) for last minute, same day mani & pedi sets. All of our nail techs were so approachable and made great conversations with us, while also being attentive to our needs. Destoney was my nail tech and she did such a great job repairing my broken nails on both my feet and hands. She recommended a gel X set to help nail growth and she did an amazing and quick job putting these beauties on my nails! 100% recommend to any locals/tourists coming out of town to get their nails done - they'll take care of you!

Im very impressed with the new owners! They have great artist working here with the potential to be bigger! When i came in to get my birthday nails done I was 100% satisfied with the quality of the service & work that was done on my nails. The owner was so friendly, the vibe was relaxed & the nail artist were so sweet. I was a walk in but I was able to have the pleasure of meeting Erica. Her skills are amazing and are only going to get better! I 10/10 recommend her and youll see why! The pictures speak for themselves!!

Unfortunately I have to leave the place because I couldn't wait It's very beautiful inside Spacious The color scheme was perfect From the reviews the prices are not in my budget They are open late so they can charge people for that convenience I understand completely If you don't mind paying higher price for that convenience and don't mind the area..... then this place is for you Myself no thanks

My first time here and I had the best experience Tiffany and April were very welcoming and did a great job.. I ended up canceling my appointment for my lashes from another salon and got it here instead since Tiffany did such a great job on my nails.. figured she'll do great for my lashes too.

Vania M.

I cannot recommend this place enough! They were quick to answer the phone when I called in a crunch because my usual nail place was making me waist past my appointment time. They got me in and Hannah did my pedicure while Tiffany did my acrylic fill and gel. From start to finish both services were 55 minutes! Who gets you in and out with nails and feet done in under an hour? They are both super nice and personable as well. This is your one stop shop to feel and look great.

LV Thai Massage & Spa sounds like it could be any generic massage spot off Spring Mountain, but the reviews suggested this could be a wonderful experience. And thankfully, they were right. Located in a low key plaza just outside of the University area, the signs for the place aren't obvious. It turns out it's located in a building that looks like it was once a former local bank or old school office in a brick laden exterior with plentiful parking. The space is calm and tidy and the atmosphere they've setup means is meant to set a tranquil mood, which I appreciate. The rooms are private and some of them have the ceiling cross bars, which is a must for yours truly. Backwalking is something I've preferred in Chinese reflexology for the deep tissue massage, but the Thai version might take it to a new level. There is a consultation with the reception and masseuse prior to every reception to identify areas to focus on, pressure level, and lingering injuries. My massages here have been excellent and all masseuses have been good about keeping the pain to a minimum. The signature Thai massage ($100) is the one I appreciate the most, since it focuses on tension and flexibility. Choose a combo ($90-130) massage and they'll throw in some Swedish techniques that definitely give another edge to the experience. Generally the massages start anywhere from $80-150 an hour. Add-ons in the form of aromatherapy can be tacked on, as well as other services such as hot stones, cupping, and acupuncture. Appointments and masseuses can be chosen online and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and excellent at what they do. ____________ My photos: https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/lv-thai-massage-and-spa-las-vegas?userid=ysCBsXWPB-LAiewVS3jZfQ

Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.
