I just came across this hidden gem on the east side! I came in thinking why not for a basic mani and pedi with old school polish by OPI. And the results are outta this world! Brian handled the spa pedi and that was an absolute dream! Brian's magic fingers instantly made my toes, feet and legs just melt. Even their massage chair was on point. I was a ball of relaxed melted happiness by the time I was escorted over to the table for my mani. That's when Lena took over and she was super gentle and cleaned up my natural nails beautifully and laid the polish like a true artist! Thank you Lena and Brian for the fabulous princess treatment. Anyway, they do an awesome job on your nails and feet, I have not had many issues, but if there is one, they will fix it with no problem. I had been standing outside as a man was inside clearly seeing me and didn't not think to say sorry we will be opening later or anything. Instead leaves me standing there. They have business hours posted clear as day saying opening at 9:30 and it was finally 10 when I decided to finally walk away. Being in the same parking lot they are still not open and it is 10:30! A guy greeted me asking me what service I wanted I told him pedicure he was trying to tell me it would be 35 mins be he was working on a lady's feet there were only 2 client left in the salon and the lady started speaking in their language saying and he then says I'm sorry were all book there was no one else there the place didn't even look opened I just feel like they racially profiled me being that I was black they turned my service down and I really don't like that I took an Uber there for and had to wait outside for another Uber! The technician/owner, not sure who she was sat on the pedicure chair and did not greet me when I walked in, just looked at me. I asked if they had time for a gel mani and pedi, mind you there wasn't a soul in sight. She cringed her face and looked up at the clock. Her face said it all and so I basically answered for her and said, No, you don't? Ok" and walked right back out. If she was expecting an appointment, couldn't she have said that instead? And when I said there's no Gel, just fingernail polish, he proceeds to remove the polish with acetone on a cotton ball, going immediately to the finger he just cut with the drill... Lena has been my nail technician for over 5 years. I get compliments all the time on my nails. They never lift and I am rather tough on my nails being a bartender. Brian her husband does a great pedicure with a thorough foot massage that really takes the ache out of my bartender feet! I can attest they are good at what they do. I'm not sure who the other reviewer went to in their shop as my experience with this shop couldn't be more different sp it must've been someone else. Went in and there was one woman there getting her nails finished. I asked the man how much for a pedi and manicure. He said something I didn't understand. After going around and around trying to understand what he was saying. He seemed upset I couldn't understand him. I said do you have time today for the mani pedi? He and the other worker said no. Tomorrow. I have to work and a party afterwards. So I said no I had to work and party after. There was no one else in the nail salon, no one wiring and two employees. I guess they thought I wouldn't tip or well due to asking over and over how much. I'm a full time strip bartender who works for tips. I'm very generous. Their mistake. Don't judge a book by its cover. Flip flops and shirt and no makeup might be your best $$$ of the day. As I sit in my car typing this still not one person has entered the store. read more

So unfortunately after a few more visits to this salon, I have to adjust my rating. Lena is a wonderful nail technician and does a great job with acrylics. The male technician, however, does not. In my experience, male techs who apply acrylics do so in a very harsh, abrasive say; this one is no exception. After this past fill, my cuticles were extremely tender and red, and as I write this review a week after my visit, I still have a blood blister on my thumb caused by the tools used during my fill. Additionally, this particular nail tech always seems put off doing my nails, as though he would rather do anything else besides his job to fill my acrylics. I'm just disappointed in the stark contrast between two technicals in the same salon. Consistency is an important aspect of being a good business, and that aspect just isn't present here. read more

I wasn't even there for 5 full minutes and I'm already writing a bad review. I came to this salon only because I read so many good reviews on them, and it was close to where I was running errands. As soon as I walked in, the lady working just stared right at me and did not say one word. It was awkward lol, I said "um do you guys have time for a pedicure?" She went to the back, came back out and said "in about 15 minutes." The place was pretty empty, it's a Monday afternoon. I sat down, looked around and everything looked so unorganized and kind of dirty. So I just got up and left. Great costumer service is everything people! I came her the beginning of July for a full set and pedicure. The gentleman that did my pedicure nice, but the one that did my nails was terrible. He was called out from the back to do my nails after my pedicure. He was eating so maybe he wasn't happy that he was interrupted I don't know but he had an attitude the whole time and was not friendly at all. He cut me with the drill and I'm not talking about a little nick with a drop of blood I'm taking about a gash that kept bleeding, caused the whole front of my thumb to swell and became infected the following days despite me trying to keep it clean. When he cut me he did not even apologize he made a grunting noise like he had an attitude about it and just poured a bunch of like blue looking alcohol on it but didn't even say a word about it. When he was going to cut down my nails he didn't even ask what shape how long or nothing just started to cut and I had to stop him I decided just to get them short squared because he already had an attitude and I just was ready to go. He then did one nail square and one nail rounded square to ask which one and I picked square but now I was left with one rounded square nail lol(I can laugh about it all now). Then he kept layering my polish so a couple times as he was moving my hand around the polish smudged and of course he was mad and blamed me. Then I sat for my nails to dry under the light for over a hour, no one said anything to me,checked to see if my nails were done or if I was ok or nothing. I finally decided just to leave because I was so frustrated especially having come there straight from work and of course my nails still smudged. They just looked terrible. I would not recommend this place nor willing back. The prices I believe we're pretty cheap if I remember correctly so if you just want a cheap place try it out. But there are other places that are good priced with better results and service. One place to try is VIP nails on E Lake Mead. I only gave this place 2 stars because the 1st guy was nice. read more

This nail salon is the best. I live in Sydney Australia most of the year but when I come in to town for business and to visit my aunt I always get my nails done and have a pedicure at this salon. They do a great job! I've had my nails done at a lot of places in the USA and in Sydney and I would have to say they have given me the best pedicures and acrylic nail fills I have ever had! My acrylic nails always last for four weeks after being at their salon and the pedicure lasts forever. I am so glad I stumbled across this place a couple of years ago. Looks are definitely deceiving. I was in the area and decided to give Nail House a try after reading other positive reviews. So glad I did! Lena did a beautiful job on my gel manicure. Even though my appointment was at the end of the day and I was their last customer, she made me feel welcome and gave me 100% of her skill and attention. She helped me find the perfect shade and applied three coats of color flawlessly. She even painted the edges of my nails. I was also relieved that she avoided painting over my cuticles, which cause my prior gel manicure to get caught on everything, including my hair, the moment it started growing out. Finally, she had the right tools to remove my prior gel manicure in less time than the cotton-ball wrap method. I admit, I was a little skeptical when I walked in because this place is nothing fancy. But I will probably drive out of my way to come back here. As an added bonus, their prices are great! read more
