Really wanted a quality spa pedicure & they did an amazing job!! The vibe was really nice in the morning and I'll be making my next appointment closer to when the sun is setting. I had my nails done today by Sonny and all I can say is WOW! He is amazing they came out better than I even expected. Sonny listened to what I wanted and then suggested something even better. The salon is beautiful and clean and everyone is so nice and customer service driven. Please don't judge my cuticles I destroyed them myself, he actually made them look better. Had a great mani & pedi with Jon today. I don't get my nails done very often, so when I do go, it's a special treat. I was able to book my appointment online at their website, https://lvnailsspahenderson.com/, and I found their use of technology to confirm the appointment and send a reminder to be helpful as well. Jon not only did a wonderful job, he was easy to talk to and made me feel pampered. Plus, he was interesting, and I found it impressive that he speaks four languages. The salon was very clean and relaxing, and I especially appreciated the toe separators (which were not just made from tissue). The woman in the chair next to me got a fancier pedi. Her feet were soaking in a rose petal bath, and they had fresh oranges and cucumbers that they were using to make it special. Overall, I felt it was a great value ($55 before a discount and my added tip), and I'd recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I've been waiting for this location to open as it's within walking distance from my house. I walked over today and asked for a fill on nails that I got done somewhere else. I was greeted with kindness and good energy. The inside is gorgeous and clean and everything is brand new! LEON did my nails and I have never had anyone focus so much attention to detail and perfect my nails like this. This establishment is hands down superior to any other nail place in the area. I will be coming back for sure! I kept saying to Leon, as he was working, "these are perfect" and he would respond with "not yet... they will be." 10/10! read more

Went in to get a fill on my graduation day. Sonny made my nails extra special and took them to the next level compared to what I was planning. I'm disappointed and saddened with the extremely painful manipedi that I received yesterday. I thought that I found my nail salon but I was wrong. My big toe was hacked with a knife to remove an ingrown nail. She went after ingrown nails in every toe, something that has never happened before, resulting in a second bleeding toe. Then an ingrown nail was removed from my middle finger which started bleeding. When I asked her to glue a tear in my nail before the gel application she said, "later". That nail is now chipped. Negligent, rushed service that cost me $90. I miss my ladies at Manoa Nails! They were like family to me, something that is hard to find here. read more

They're always rushing to get to the walk-ins. No matter how long you have been going there, no matter.how much you tip, they will never treat you well. They're also very prejudiced against Black people. I do not recommend at all. read more

The WORST service I have ever received in my life. I was a frequent customer, so when I came in today and had to wait TWO HOURS for a mani/pedi when I was told it was going to be 20 minutes, I stupidly waited. I sat for so long the water was cold when the pedicure began and my "manicure" was a 5 minute polish change. She even offered to fix it when I was leaving, but because I had spent 2 hours there I was going to be late for work and said I would have to come back later. I did in fact come back later, and the tech and owner flat out REFUSED to fix my nails, or give a refund, despite the fact that I was charged for a FULL MANICURE I never received, and that my nails got destroyed the second I checked out because I had to rush based on THEIR lies and inability to manage customers. I understand being overbooked and busy, but don't LIE to your customers saying it will be a 20 minute wait, take 2 hours to perform a service, lie about offering to fix it, lie about what service was provided, and then try to blame the customer. I will never step foot in this place again, and contacted my bank for a refund since the business is too unethical to refund services not even rendered. read more

Hell NO!!! First and last time at this place!! went in as a walk-in. Got an amazing pedicure. Waited for a little while for the Person to do my nails. No problem. I wanted a new set. So old set had to be removed. This individual ( not sure of she/he pronouns) seemed to be in a hurry. They hurried up and cut the nails down then try to use a tip to just go under and rip off. After the first one * the worst one I should have left but I was thinking I'd give "them" a chance after I explained WE NEED TO TRY "SOMETHING " different!!!! Then she/he did it again. I was like OK THIS IS NOT GOING TO WORK! She/he drilled them down and put some chemicals to dissolve the nails. This was better! But then...... she/he did it again with the tip ripping the skin off again‼ At this point I had to leave!!!! Unbelievable ‼ And no gloves until she/he put alcohol on my bloody finger and made her/his own hands burn!!? Not sure where the bloody tip she was using went. I'm shocked this place only has a few reviews! This nail salon is a true hidden gem!! This has to be one of the cleanest Nail Salons I have ever been in! Everything is clean! They offer a wide variety of nail services in all price points. Honestly you need to come in and view the options. They range from $30 to as much as you want to spend! The nail techs are very friendly. Sometimes it can feel like a forced conversation. Not here. They are friendly and easy to chat with if you want. These guys are amazing! I had a dip manicure less than a week old from another salon that chipped and two nails broke. I walked into this salon today and had it completely redone, the broken nail fixed with a tip and then decided to get a Pedicure since I was here. I really appreciate the fact that the staff listened to my asks and didn't just ignore what I requested with the fix. The spa is clean and bright, everything is in great condition. The ambiance is very nice, quiet and relaxing with music at just the right volume. My technician Sonny Le was amazing, very thorough and gave me a perfect experience and the results I was hoping for. Clean and friendly environment where I'm greeted every time I walk in. They offer you water or coffee and everyone treats you so well and have conversations with you or just let you relax on the massage chairs when I get a pedicure. I'm a very picky person with my gel nails I get every 2 weeks will Sonny, never disappoints and when he is not available, everyone is willing to dedicate their time and effort to give you amazing service on whatever you'd like in choices of nails. I absolutely love this place! I was welcomed and the staff that helped me was very nice. I went in for a pedicure it was called euphoria it was so amazing! Jon is great! I haven't got a pedi in a gooood min lol and Jon took his time and cleaned my feet up real nice. They offered me water right when I sat down and everything was nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back! And they stick with the prices they say! Not like other salons where they always have hidden charges when you get ready to pay. read more

This review is way overdue, I always had a great experience here. Sunny did my acrylic nails quite a few times and he is great! Very professional, nice and pleasant, and he is the best at what he does. When I had an issue with breaking my nail (my fault), he fixed it at no charge to me. One of the best nail salons I've ever been to. High quality, clean and aesthetic vibes with a super talented team. I've seen a handful of technicians for various services and have never had an issue. For acrylics Cindy and Sonny are by far my favorite! Both pay great attention to detail and make my nails look Pinterest worthy every time! Amazing service 11/10 , a great experience, friendly staff , took my girlfriend and I in right away as a walk in . We both had the Jelly pedi , which included a fresh cucumber wrap and massage. The MOST dreadful experience ever! Stay clear! Went to UPS to mail package and this place was next door. Thought I'd treat myself. Bad move! Tech didn't clean my feet. Just plain water. Rubbed heel 3 times with pumice, Then Polish. That's it! Like huh? My feet are still the same as when I left home. An attitude for days when questioned!! Don't waste your money!!! read more

My daughter and I were walk ins, however, I was told that next time I can book online! How convenient! My daughter and I got gel pedicures and she got a gel mani and I had been without nails so I went for a full set. It was VERY clean and welcoming! I had to point out multiple times that a couple of them had lifted and needed to have the gel removed where it was loose. At checkout for the $55 fill they tried to charge me an extra $5 for repairing the three lifted nails. Seriously??? I don't have tips, and my nails are barely longer than my fingertips...maybe 1/16th of an inch long so fixing them was no different than filling them.

The shop itself is very pretty, but I paid for a professional, premium luxury service and did not get that today. The pedicure technician (Jaden) was wonderful. The massage chair was nice, the service was relaxing, and she did a great job on the application. However, management failed to stock the premium Rose Quartz products included in the VIP package I paid for, substituting hot stones instead. Despite this, Jaden seemed genuinely interested in having my visit be as relaxing as possible.. and I appreciate her great service. She took her time with me and made it special. I really enjoyed the scents! While the menu explicitly states all nail services come with a complimentary beverage, I was never offered or given anything to drink. My manicure by a different technician (Julie) was incredibly disappointing, rushed, and looks cheap. There was zero proper nail prep...no cuticle work, cleaning, or detail work around the nail beds. To make matters worse, Julie repeatedly criticized my color preference. Jaden even explained to Julie that I liked the color, but Julie kept complaining that the tips were "too light" while painting them. Just do what makes your client happy. While rushing through my nails, Julie spent time checking her phone and talking to another client. She openly stated she was scared to ask that client to wait if she completed my brow wax. Instead of honoring the appointment I booked well in advance, she just apologized and turned me down for the brow service entirely. The finished Gel-X nails look messy around the edges. For Gel-X nails that cost $77, they should look flawless but look like cheap press-ons from a grocery store. Out of sheer frustration and the urgent need to scramble and find another salon to do my eyebrows immediately before my trip tomorrow, I just had to take it and get out of there. I understand salons get busy, but pre-booked appointments and client preferences must be respected. I booked my brow wax in advance, yet Julie openly admitted she didn't want to make another client wait and refused to do it...I paid salon prices for a manicure that looks unprofessional. When I walked in, the staff seemed unsure if they even wanted to take me since they were already with clients. I stood there awkwardly while they considered if anyone would take me. Eventually, one lady agreed and asked if I wanted regular or gel. When I said regular, she paused, sighed, and then they all burst into laughter. They made a few jokes I didn't fully hear, but by then my feelings were already hurt and I just wanted to leave. The vibes were so off already. She started running my water, but I said I needed to grab my medication from home so I could exit the situation gracefully. She gave me extreme attitude and asked when I'd be back, but the answer is N E V E R. Her response was so disrespectful and condescending that I wouldn't return even if it were free. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere. Maybe some clients don't mind nasty attitudes, but I did absolutely nothing to deserve being treated that way. Apparently just wanting simple polish was enough. If this is how they treat people who come in anxious and shy, I can't imagine how they'd act if there were an actual issue. Maybe their regulars are people who spend $100+ a visit, but I didn't realize it was unwelcome to want a basic pedicure. Not everyone can afford the luxury options; some of us just want to feel a little better after a long day. I'm so disappointed and hurt.
