I am writing to share feedback regarding the experience my daughter and I had at your salon. This was our first time visiting since moving to town, and unfortunately, we will not be returning due to the service we received. Both of our technicians were unprofessional. The male technician who performed my manicure did not speak at all, nor did he acknowledge me or say thank you after receiving his tip. The female technician who worked with my daughter was unfriendly and appeared as though she did not want to be there. More concerningly, she cut my daughter's cuticle, causing it to bleed. She offered no apology and did not apply any antiseptic to the wound. My daughter eventually had to ask her for peroxide herself to ensure the cut would not get infected. We were very disappointed with this experience and wanted to bring these issues to your attention. read more

State board needs to come in. I was told over the phone gel was an extra 5$ got there it was 15$ so i had to downgrade the service i wanted but thats fine. What isnt fine is Vincent tried to use the cheese grater style scrubber on my feet which is an illegal tool in salons. I asked if he had a nickle file or anything else he said no. I requested to skip that then. He moved on with a pumice that i couldnt tell was used before for or not but then he dropped it on the floor which was filthy and picked it back up and before i could stop him he continued to use it on my feet. he polished me and i left will never come back because of this and will be reported to the state board of cosmetology i have the biz card with his name my receipt with time stamps of service. read more

Horrible. Warning! Make sure you ask how much they are charging you!!! Went in for a reg fill and asked for regular nail polish as the color was bright and I did not think I wanted to have it on for longer than a week and save some extra bucks. The woman was upset when I asked for regular polished. She put it on and said wait 20mins and proceeded to talk about it in her language and seemed annoyed by the fact I asked about that. After I was there for a while I asked another lady if I can check out she said okay I asked her if she can put cuticle oil or something since my hands were dry... Upon checking out she said the total is $45.. $45 for fill no gel? I said why and she mentioned they stopped offering regular polish and it's going to be the same price as gel. And I said she didn't tell me that if I'm paying the same price why wouldn't she tell me and her answer was oh yea sorry. I was extremely shocked! And I said if I would've known that I would've got gel and not wasted their nor my time. She said I can give you a discount that's it ..from both a customer/owner perspective I would've offered to just do the gel since I had no clue. To add to this..I wouldn't mind paying for something I know was done right or at least the customer service..my fill is thinner than my regular nails.. and I will have to go elsewhere to get them filled properly. JAY!!! Gel builder fill. Unbelievably beautiful! He outdid himself with how beautiful my nails turned out to a perfection. I initially was going to leave a bad review based on my first visit there bc I went back there three days in a row to have my nails repaired from chipping off and I was upset and confused bc that had never happened to me before. But he figured out the problem and he fixed it. I don't think I'll be going to anyone else moving forward. I highly recommend Jay. Incredible nail artist for sure. read more

My sisters and I walked-in and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The salon is very clean and the staff constantly sweeps and cleans the space. We had to wait but we weren't in a rush so we didn't mind. They did a pretty decent job with regular manis and pedis although I believe they focus on gels/extensions since most of the colors were for gel. I'm happy with my pedicure. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. One of the worst experiences I've had at Nails salons. Very unprofessional. 5 hrs for a full set? 1 hr which They had me just waiting even though I had an appointment. Then they have me doing my nails with someone else rather than the one I already had booked with. Only to do a messed up job And then when they try to fix it at the end they want to charge me $20 more because they said they had to fix it? Like what???? Never again with this place. read more

Oh my God if it wasn't so ridiculous I would probably cry spent over $110 to get my nails. Joe asked one popped off before I left six more within a 12 hour period and even when I went back to the others removed this is what it look like. I am so glad the other salons I called didn't do dip powder because i am thankful to have come across this gem! I went in not knowing what to expect but had a vision of what i wanted. I got a gel pedicure with Jojo who was absolutely amazing! I literally think this was the best pedicure i have ever gotten! Then i had a dip powder manicure with Liz and man can she do nails perfectly from the shape to the way they look i was just in love the whole time with everythink & also Amy was a wonderful woman who helped me pick the right colors for my design along with doing the designs on my nails. He was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. He was gentle during the pedicure not rough like some people. Highly recommend Kevin! I got a classic gel pedicure for $45 + matte polish so add $5. $50 in total. Totally worth it. After my last visit I decided to give this place another chance because it's close to home and I keep thinking I'm going to get service like I did the first time I went because it was great and I can't remember what the second visit was like I'm guessing it was good since I don't have anything bad to remember. I've gone here a total of 4 times. Today I went for a gel mani pedi and I was scared I was going to get cut again during my manicure and I did I instantly regretted coming after my toe was bleeding a good amount the lady was cleaning up my blood with the towel and asked if it hurt. She was also holding down my big toes with her finger nail which hurt and left one of my toes with the skin kinda peeled off. Even with all that the pedicure did come out decent. And my manicure came out nice too but the man who was doing my nails was very shaky for whatever reason which was nerve racking because I thought I was going to get cut again luckily I didn't. The lady at station 8 is so rude. I called last minute- I know I know that's what I get. But I asked for Liz specifically( love her) on the phone and was told if I could get there in 15 minutes they can take me. I get there and they misunderstood that I asked for Liz. So I get stuck with the lady at station 8. I asked 10 times for the color funny bunny by opi and she repeated it back to me. So she does my nails and toes and it's not funny bunny. It's a pure white but at this point I'm not going to wait and have her redo them. Also I asked for almond shape and she goes your nails are too short and as I got to explain to her that I would like a full set but if they don't have time (which they did, they weren't busy) she WALKS away. In the middle of me talking. Then she goes to just give me a regular gel mani and proceedes to tell me multiple times my nails are so short. Like ya dude I know. That's why I wanted acrylics...? $90 dollars later I have the wrong color, no acrylic and a half assed pedicure. The only reason I gave this 2 stars was because when I first came and Liz was my tech she did so good and I had a great time. However, since I requested her and didn't get her I probably won't be back since it's not a forsure thing I get her again. read more

I have been a customer for about 7 months, always getting a pedicure and gel nails. Three times, the polish on my toes' nails did not match my fingernails. I always brought it to their attention, usually after getting home. ( Didn't pay close attention at the shop) I noticed it again today. The color didn't match. The owner basically told me that sometimes the colors are off. Unacceptable excuse: He wanted me to come back to have the polish changed. Like I don't have commitments. This is not the best business practice to not care about a customer and make excuses. Except responsibility to poor customer service. Just in it for the $ not good quality service. Came here on a whim, I wanted to try a shop closer to home. Vibe off from the time you walk in . No one greets you. Pedicure mediocre. I did get a basic pedicure with gel, so I wasn't expecting too much. But comparing to my normal salon, it wasn't even a pedicure . She scrubbed my foot for one Second each. No cuticle work except for her digging into my toe nails really hard. Pulled my foot back 3X for her to stop. Gel polish application is horrible . Bubbly , thick, doesn't even touch some sides Of my nails. Then she cracked my pinky toenail and didn't file it even. I usually won't leave until I'm satisfied but I couldn't stay and have her re apply my gel polish. I don't feel like I should have had to. I'm very upset but this is a lesson .
