The cookie itself reminds me of a gingerbread cookie in color only. The texture is akin to a Teacake cookie. And the cookie is not as sweet as most snickerdoodle's. I want more. I can't wait to try the other sweets. All I have to say is it's a good thing I don't live close. Thank you for the hospitality and for making such a delicious cookie.
