Emma took the time to listen, stepped in to help, and made sure everything was fully resolved before I left the store. The salon has always been well decorated but they just revamped it and it's even better now. While the salon is great, it's Nina who keeps me coming back. I'm particular about my hair (as most women are, am I right??!!) and she checks all the boxes. I leave feeling fabulous every time and her balyage skills are on point!!
