Like the taco dorado de papa con ceviche de camarón. It's a potato taco which initially reminds me of good old fashion Mexican food with a top notch Michelin star restaurant twist. In fact, it's a little hard for me to categorize the food. It's definitely authentic, but on an elevated level worthy of the Food Network.
