I really love the creamy ice cream and the honeycomb is something I don't get every day, so it's a real treat. There are monthly specials and different soft-serve flavors and combos to choose from. Any reputable business would investigate the concerns being raised, not engage in social media drama and personal attacks. At this point, I am documenting everything and exploring my legal options. They have sherbet, sorbet, non-dairy, and no sugar varieties so they cater to a wide range of tastes. They make REAL ice cream and use high quality ingredients. Their Butter Pecan, contains dozens of fresh, whole pecans. Not crumbs and pieces. Honestly more pecans in a single scoop than I've ever had anywhere! The staff is efficient and friendly. A separate team member had prepared it, and it seemed he likewise was puzzled on how this should be made. A few minutes later and I finally left with a chocolate malt. This just seemed an inordinately difficult ordering process for a simple menu item. Had I not had prior good experiences, this would have been the last time visiting this location.
