Haven't been here in several years. Food is fantastic! Service is great! Husband had the spinach enchiladas with black beans and rice. I had the Happy Hour fish tacos and the Happy Hour queso dip. Of course we shared the dip. We were seated in the bar. Kinda dark, but they had their TVs on, so it was okay. Nice to know they have Happy Hour 3-6 on a Saturday! So I took advantage of the Happy Hour food prices Don't know why we stopped coming here. No reason except it's a bit out of our way.i

Beautiful building with plenty of seating in the bar area & family friendly area. Waitress was awesome and very attentive. We went during lunch hours on a Friday. Bonus for being open at 10am! Great big menu with lunch specials. We both got the arroz con pollo for $16. What a deal! Decent size and had plenty of leftovers. Not sure why they have mixed reviews.. don't let that scare you! We loved our experience with ladies making fresh tortillas in the front and mexican music blasting. Can't wait to come back!

Been dining here 20+ years but I will not come back. Today I order 2- carne asada one with beans and one without beans. Arnoldo charged me $3 extra for fried beans and $4 for two jalapenos. Fried beans should be included with the dinner already. He told me they charge extra now which I don't see it on menu or if you're order online. This restaurant used to be good food good price and friendly service. I used to know the manager there too, but I guess they have changed. The price is way too expensive $72 for two order to go charge extra for everything.

One of our typically go tos when nothing else sounds good. Great for take out/delivery and dining in. We typically sit in the bar, lively staff, great atmosphere and multiple seating options available Food: Highly recommend their regular salsa for Togo order my fiancé will eat buckets of the stuff! Appetizers We enjoy their taquitos, Santa Fe quesadilla, CEVICHE, to name a few (don't recommend the quac) Dinner--we enjoy their burrito, tacos, POLLO A LA CREMA Drinks: Their skinny and catalase margaritas are recommended fairly warning they are strong

This is one of my regular places in Everett for a quick and casual meal. Really really fast service, huge space, and friendly staff. Food is great and the chips and salsa are sooo good. I usually get the chicken chimichanga and it never disappoints. Shout out to Antonio who is the kindest server!!

Went with a big group(15) and they were able to accommodate us for lunch. The food is delicious and large portions. I also love that they have the Coca Cola in glass bottles

Great service from Katia. Excellent skinny Margarita and adult capri sun. Fajita taco salad was delicious!

We ordered an abundant spread, and every dish impressed. The clear crowd favorite was the Singapore black pepper prawns - fragrant, perfectly spiced, and completely addictive. That black pepper sauce was hands down the star of the meal: rich, peppery, and deeply flavorful. It was my favorite and could easily be eaten on everything. The Mala curry crab and XO crab were both outstanding; layered with complex, indulgent flavors. The Thai green chili clams and saus mentega clams were vibrant and comforting, while the crab fried rice had generous morsels of crab folded throughout the dish. We also really enjoyed the Indonesian chicken wings, which were crispy and flavorful, and the stir-fried vegetables, which added a fresh, well-balanced contrast to the seafood-heavy menu. Everything traveled well, was thoughtfully prepared, and made for an unforgettable catered meal. If you're considering catering from Marimakan Crabhouse, I can't recommend it highly enough. Get the black pepper sauce! Amazing from start to finish, and Chef V or Rachel is lovely to work with.

The setting is hard to beat, especially on a nice day when you can take in the scenery while dining. The seafood was exceptionally fresh and flavorful, and the overall food quality was excellent. Service was attentive, and the atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience. Prices are on the higher side, but the location and quality help justify the cost. The desserts, however, were underwhelming and can be skipped. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for seafood lovers looking for great views and a classic Pacific Northwest dining experience.

Food was definitely better this time around. I opted with the seafood salad, which was what it sounded like. The one thing that stood out to me were the smoked scallops, which I could have just ate a whole plate of. There was a fair amount of seafood amongst the plate. Tip: Mondays are half price bottled wine, which was probably the best deal of the night. Now for my salad and bowl of soup I think was around $50+. I'm not afraid to spending money, but I can say you must be paying for the view, and I get it. But the overall price we paid. Idk. The service was a glaring issue, in which I think there were a total of maybe 10 tables that were taken in the whole restaurant. The server was nice enough, but not attentive at all. Now I'm not going to lie the birthday boy set up his dinner for 7pm on a Monday. We did not know that Ivars closed at 8....and no one even told us at any point. I get this was to be polite, but had we known we probably would have been out of there a lot earlier. We did end up leaving at 10 to 9, but probably could have been gone a lot earlier had anyone mentioned that they closed at 8 or we didn't have to wait for our bill for 20+ minutes. I did feel bad after knowing we stayed so late, but like I said there was a definite lack of communication. Also one last thing. Charging for the bread, I don't know if that's new, but seems rather silly to me. I feel like I'm being generous with the 4 star review, in actuality closer to 3.5, I just feel bad making them stay until after close.

The online menu asked what two sides you want with the Loco Moco. It showed a plate with two burgers, two eggs on a large bed of rice plus gravy...and what looks to be macaroni salad for 13.75. It asks what you want for your first side. It asks what you want for your 2nd side. I am guessing you get 2 sides with the rice/burgers. I was not real sure. So I asked for 2 sides of macaroni. It asks for mini or 2.50 for regular. I am thinking they will give you reg. side macaroni for 2.50 more. I go back and ask for mini. I do not need that much macaroni. Very disappointed to open the take out container to find zero rice and one small burger with an egg sitting in gravy and 2 sides of macaroni. They need to make this more clear. You only get 2 burgers and eggs if you add 2.50 (regular size). If you choose mini its not for the size of the sides but way less meat. I believe the photo and wording were very misleading. We also ordered Mochiko Chicken....Macaroni salad and broccoli, also a mini. I had it once before, somewhere else, and loved it. Ordered a Hawaiian Chicken BBQ plate, again mini and 2 sides. Did not like either of them. Hawaiian chicken BBQ was like a chicken thigh flattened with soy sauce maybe...no sweetness etc. They both kind of tasted the same. My 2 adult kids barely ate any of it. This was a real treat for us on a very sad day and it was not what we were expecting.....The macaroni salad was just ok...if I added salt. Said We could save 15% with ordering more so we ordered the won tons. They did not come with sweet and sour sauce but sweet chili sauce. I did not care for it at all with the fried won tons. I will not be ordering from again.

In long This place has great word of mouth and I'm glad I finally got to check it out. I tried 2 things, and, so far, the menu seems to be executed very well. The whole menu looks crazy promising, so this is an excellent sign. I came in for a late lunch on a summer Friday during World Cup. A few folks were watching the game--there were a handful of gasps for great shots and saves. But most of the scattered crowd was there for a leisurely lunch (or beer). They have a solid tap lineup with lots of dependable local favorites, and the tender knew quite a few people by name *and* by beer preference as soon as they sat down. Said she had been there over 5 years. Great vibe, lots of happy customers. It probably gets kinda loud in here when it's packed--you can tell from the photos that everything is concrete and wood and whatnot. No acoustic baffling that I could see. Easy to clean, though, and it was definitely just pleasant and sociable the whole time I was there. I got the Blue Burger with a cup of clam chowder. You can tell the soup is scratch, nice little dicing on the potatoes and veg, decent amount of clams. Comes with the oyster crackers that some of us have loved for decades. The burger is hearty--thick patty, thick stack of veg, squishy thickish bun. Easy enough to eat but without a doubt it's the opposite of a smashburger. I know, I know. This is a seafood joint. You can tell from the fake seagulls right by the front door. But it's been ages since I had a burger, and at least I tried the chowder. Everything was easily good enough to come back and see how the water side of the menu is. I was in and out for a fair price, and never doubted that everything would be very good. And that's exactly how it turned out. I'll happily be back.
