    Mariachi band!
    Charlie M.

Great people, authentic, delicious Mexican food. The Chile relleno, carne asada, camerone mojo de ajo, refried beans dip, salsa bar were so delicious. The Mexican mariachi band was amazing on Mother's Day. Can't wait to visit again.

This is our favorite spot and we come here at least once a month. My fiance gets the pollo con crema and I get the blackened shrimp tacos. The salsa bar is amazing. The service is great! Very much recommend

Very impressed with this small local spot, about 12 tables but not over crowded. I've passed by many times and never noticed it with a bigger mex restaurant a block away. The Carne Asada special was some of the best I have had. So much flavor and not over cooked. They have a fresh salsa bar and bean dip for the chips. Tasty margaritas that are not over priced. Very friendly and polite staff and clean and neat. Can't wait to come back!

    Carne Asada platter - delicious!!

Hands down the best Carne Asada entree we've had. I hate when the meat is cooked out, and nearly crisp like jerky. I had requested a medium cook, and it was so delicious. Super friendly staff, delicious salsa bar and quick food service (but not too quick!). Our group of 5 really enjoyed our food (quesidillas, chicken fajitas, beef enchiladas and carne asada), waters and beverages refilled regularly. Wasn't really sure what to expect due to the location, but we were pleasantly surprised. I found out they are a sister restaurant of Papas over in Lake Steven's - which we love that place too! Very good and we will be back for sure.

Grande Burrito! Soo good, and definitely Grande!!

They charge an extra $2.50 just for dipping sauce, which feels excessive. Even water isn't complimentary--you have to buy a bottled water for $3.50. On top of that, the restaurant itself is small with limited, uncomfortable seating. There's also no wait staff, so if you need anything, you have to get up and take care of it yourself. If you're heading there before an Everett Silvertips game with friends, you'll be lucky to find seating--it only has about 25 seats total. Overall, decent food, but between the high prices, limited space, and lack of basic service, it didn't feel like a great value.

The burger was decently. It wasn't anything I'd go out of my way for but it was solid choice. It was crispy and seasoned pretty well. The tater tots were exceptionally tasty. Fried to perfection without being greasy. And the seasoning was chef kiss. My chicken wings were slathered in garlic Parmesan sauce. And that sauce was actually tasty. But my wings were so rubbery and it lacking any crispy texture. It was like they were boiled, flash fried for color and then bathed in the sauce to finish cooking. I just wish the chicken was cooked better. It would have been a much better experience. The pretzel and cheese is a big no. Nothing tasty about the pretzel bites as at all and the cheese sauce was not great either. Service was great. They were really friendly.

I had laulau elsewhere recently, so I was interested in trying their version for comparison. Last laulau ordered here was in 2018! We took 99N all the way to Everett Mall Way to avoid the I-5 commute traffic (4/23/26). We were immediately seated and provided menus & ice water. Pretty much the same interior, no overhead music, and straightforward table service. There were three others dining onsite, but also later overheard phone orders taken followed with brisk takeout pickups. They also have the capacity for catering with product, prices, and serving pan sizes posted on the wall. The Homie ordered the loco moco with overeasy eggs, plus their standard cheeseburger. He was pretty happy with the outcome. Consistent to his previous experience, but also took note of the quality and reasonable cost for the cheeseburger. I opted for the laulau plate which came with the requisite two scoops steamed rice and one scoop mac (Hawaiian style macaroni salad) with a sizeable laulau. I unwrapped the outer ti leaves and cut into the taro leaves (steamed like spinach) to reveal succulent pork and tender butterfish inside. This was great with a little added shoyu. Spot on delicious! The ice water also hit the spot. Perfectly chilled without any aftertaste from a pitcher. None of that tepid water in a stoppered top glass bottle or carafe. Refreshing! Overall satisfying meal at a reasonable price.

I would say it's about a 30 min wait to get your food, we ordered ahead online which was convenient. The dining area was really messy, since majority of the tables were littered with people's trash and leftovers. Understandably, they were prioritizing the kitchen because of the amount of pick up orders they were receiving. We each ordered 10-piece bone-in wings, a side of fries, and veggies. I picked out the hot honey rub, which was my favorite. The garlic parmesan was disappointing since the seasoning was lacking. The wings here are fried nicely, but the fries are oddly soggy. They were still good though, due to the seasoning. Also, the ranch here is so delicious! I don't know why, but I'm addicted to Wingstop ranch. Make sure to order extra if you love to dip. Overall, it's a great place to pick up some wings. Just be considerate of the wait time and cleanliness due to staffing.

The tacos were stuffed with seasoned taco meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Filling and tasty. Overall, Player's is a decent bar for the surrounding area. Due to the type of bar that this is, top-notch customer service shouldn't be expected. Have a seat and enjoy a cold brew while waiting on food orders. Witnessing the amount of people at lunch during the week, I can only assume this bar gets packed in the evenings and weekends.
