We stopped here for lunch after wrapping up our shopping in Lynnwood. Everyone was in agreement to try a Mexican place and Todo was the closest one. Yelp reviews were great and it looked authentic. It was a rush hour; we waited for a few minutes to gets seated. Served the chips and Salsa straight away. So many options on the menu. We decided to try the Lunch Specials. The staffs were so friendly and really helpful in picking up the food. Ordered couple of varieties of Enchiladas and the Pollo Asado. Even though the restaurant was packed the food was ready in around 10 minutes. The enchiladas and the combos were really flavorful. Loved the flavor of the salsas used in those; made it very special. Absolutely enjoyed the Pollo Asado. The sauteed onions and mushrooms were very rich in flavors. Great side for the grilled chicken served. This place looked very authentic. Right from the sign board outside to the interiors. Amazing options on the menu will definitely leave you confused on what to pick up - kind of a good headache to have! Sometimes, when you find a place, it is all about a person and not every other detail. Yesterday was what you would call a bad travel day. Late flights, extended baggage wait, and missing rental car traffic issues got me to the hotel as all the local restaurants were closed or closing. When I walked into TODO and asked if they could seat me, he said I am sorry, we close in five minutes. I didn't argue or push back. I said thank you, have a good evening, and turned to the door. He then said hey, how about something go? I was happy but asked are you sure. He smiled and said yes. He then asked if I wanted a Cerveza while I waited. This time, I said sure, and he got me a Pacifico. He brought me a beer and said just stay with us and eat here. I will be back here because of the act of kindness I was shown. I visited Todo Mexico in Lynnwood recently for Happy Hour in the Bar. Online Happy Hour at Todo Mexico is listed from 3pm to 6pm every day. When you get tot he bar they say Happy Hour is from 3pm to 5pm which is when mostly everyone gets off work. So no Happy Hour at Todo Mexico if you work till 5pm, sad. I have been to Happy Hour at Todo Mexico before and the Super Nachos were really good, ample tortilla chips and meat if you pay extra for meat. This time the Super Nachos were not so super at all, see the super small portion pictured below. I asked to have ground beef on my Super Nachos as usual & paid $3.00 extra to add the meat. Unfortunately, the tortilla chips were a super small amount, the meat was at most 3 tablespoons (so $1.00 per tablespoon to add ground beef) and the beans they added were a super small amount too. Chips and Beans are super cheap. Really disappointed with TD's Super Nachos that were totally not super at all. Looking for another Happy Hour Bar to visit where I will really get $3.00 worth of meat when I ask to add & pay extra for the meat on my Nachos. BIG BUMMER. read more

I used to work down the street and I would come to this restaurant as much as I possibly could to get their ceviche. I also enjoyed their enchiladas and their fresh crush guacamole. They have wonderful desserts here a wonderful menu and service. They also have a wonderful parking area, or you don't have to walk that far to get into the restaurant. I always remembered the people that worked here. They were always so sweet and nice. Our waiter is part of the family.. try their flan it's absolutely wonderful. I also enjoy their churros and their fried ice cream as well. I can't say enough about this Mexican restaurant. It reminds me of Texas mexican cooking just enough spices makes you feel like you're in Mexico again. Diego is it wonderful waiter and I love his uncle. Great Food, for me! You wonder why your tip is so Low?... Automatic 18% 20% 25% or 30% tip recommended, including a tip on the government's taxes! REALLY?!? The good was the food. I ordered the enchilada and 2 tacos combo and the food came out quick and hot and had excellent flavor. The bad was the service. I was seated right away given a menu and one of the waitresses asked if I wanted to order but I asked for a few minutes because it was my first time there and wanted to look over the menu. I had my order ready and waited and waited (restaurant was half full) finally the bartender noticed me waiting and graciously took my order. After I finished I waited and waited for my check and when it arrived I placed money on the table and then waited and waited for waitress to cash me out. She never came so I walked up to hostess station and finally the waitress took my check. I always try to tip 30% when dining out but my bill was $22.07 and laid down $30 and was told she couldn't make change (asked for some ones). So in a half busy restaurant my waitress who was basically ignoring me during my visit couldn't drum up some ones for me so I ended up giving a $8 tip for bad service. We had a Triple meat (chicken, Steak, Shrimp) fajitas. The seasoning was on point, the meat was so flavor full and tender. The portion size was so large that plate was like the size of a large pizza huge. The shrimp were large as well. The chicken taco salad was good as well. You get complimentary chips and dip including bean dip. If you like horchata theirs is on point. We went here for dinner, and we were shocked at the prices. Remember, this is an average, Mexican restaurant much like Azteca or Las Margaritas. FORTY DOLLARS for fajitas - $40!?! Are you serious? I thought it was for a 4+ family all sharing - nope. Scanning through the menu every single item is way, way overpriced. That, combined with the aging decor, was reason enough to leave. To provide some contrast, there is a restaurant named Cactus at Bellevue Square that serves vastly better-quality food and is far cheaper. Plus, that place has to float the Bellevue Square rent! I was hoping for something better than Azteca with Todo, but the food is (at best) OK. It is fine going out for an "OK" meal, but not when you could get double the quality at a far better price somewhere else. read more

We've been going to Todo Mexico for almost 20 years, though it used to be to the one in the Lake Forest Park/Mountlake Terrace area. They closed some time back, so we now go to the one on 196th. Without exception, the food has been fantastic. I regularly order the street tacos de asada, and my wife usually orders the chicken salad. Both are fantastic. I'm super picky about street tacos, having lived for many years near the Mexican border. These are among the best I've ever had. The sides of rice and/or beans are delicious, the chips are consistently fresh, and the salsa delicious. We love this place. read more

Chili rellano was good, very cheesy if that's what you like. Pork tamale was good the pork was nice and tender. Customer service was good but food and margaritas were not. They bring you lots of chips with pico, bead dip, and salsa! The kids quesadillas were extra extra cheddar cheesy but oily. The rice was salted nicely however when it came to out on plate it was warm and the rice tasted like it was oily as well and not heated enough. Ordered the taco and enchiladas combo with ground beef. The hard taco was good but wish they gave me an option for corn tortillas. The toppings were good but mild. Again more options if there was a spicy level option. The enchilada was pretty solid and the flavor was good. The refried beans and rice was good as you really cant f*#k that up. Came during my lunch break from work. Ordered my usual of 2 enchiladas with a side of rice and beans. The food came out within 2 minutes after ordering. Had not even ate 4 chips from the basket. Could immediately sense the food was microwaved based off the looks and how the food was melting to the hot plate. Rice was mediocre along with the simple refried beans. What got me was the horrible tasting ground beef enchiladas that had a cold/warm center felling of ground beef. Ewww. Never coming here again. We tried it and we won't be back! I give it a four because I like the atmosphere. The servers are very very kind. Getting the food is quick, but getting the check was a little slow but it's okay because I was vibing with my chips. The food is at a great price. I ate everything and was very full after. Bathrooms were mediocre. We live in a society where we need three bathrooms, yet there were only two... but the restaurant has been here a long time so maybe it'll change later. came here after our friend's wedding rehearsal with a party of 12. The waitress was so friendly and checked on us multiple times. They start off with chips, salsa, beans and pico de gallo and the beans are SO SO good!!! I was seriously shocked with just how good they are. I got the chicken fajita plate which is under the chicken category on the menu I believe called chicken colima "fajita style" ? So delicious. My husband got an Horchata and OH MY GOODNESS it is so delicious some of the best I've tasted and yes I am Mexican if you're wondering! Good portions, not a ton of flavor or spice in the food. Guava mart was great, not as much tequila as I like which is to be expected for the price and the type or restaurant. Definitely more of a Tex mex catered to the neighborhood clientele I would have rated it higher but I had two "complaints". We ordered chimichangas and it was served with enchilada sauce over them which was fine, but not deceived on the menu. Not much ambiance here except in the Bar location. We were very disappointed in the food we ordered. Place appears clean and average. We were seated in a booth in back corner, dark and dreary. Servers were average and friendly. The chips seemed rather stale and salsa had a very odd flavor. Not what we are used to in other Mexican restaurants. This made us leery of what to expect of our meal order. We ordered 2 combos, Chile Relleno and Avocado Tostada. I've been eating meals at Lynnwood Todo Mexico for years. For the most part the food is delicious. Service is good. Sometimes the bill is long to come. I must warn, though, the cooks take liberties with ingredients. Today I ordered a macho burrito I told the waitress no changes from the description on the menu. The cook added rice which was not in the description, I sent it back got no rice but neither did I get tomatoes or avocado. It was tasty but not what I wanted. My sister in law ordered a chef salad, the chicken pieces we thin and dry and the bacon overcooked. We will go back and eat there again.
