They provided me with a free quote based on a picture I sent them of our puppy and what we wanted for his first groom session. The experience was incredible. They listened to our wants and gave our pup a cut just like the reference picture we shared. The best part is, our little guy had a small ear infection that we were not aware of. For eight years, Gizmo was full of spunk, mischievous, bossy, and somehow always finding a way to sit on your favorite chair before you did. Time slowed him down eventually; he became fragile, blind, and walked like every step was a math problem he didn't want to solve. But Leslie? Leslie treated him like royalty the entire time. She pampered him, spoiled him, and somehow made his old-man antics look adorable. When it was Gizmo's time to go, she put her own commitments aside to be there for Mom, helping us say goodbye. Even I have to admit... that was pretty incredible. Now it's just me. And honestly? I'm loving it. All of Leslie's attention is mine. You can choose the stylist as well, we have chosen Zoey each time, very good When you arrive, you fill out another form which gives you more specific styles, like hair length for head, ear, body, and tail. They also state the ca do deep dental cleaning but appointment only. This is weird because both specific styling and extra dental are not on the online form. Staff seem to be mainly Chinese speaking as well. Each visit for full grooming and added teeth cleaning is around $79 for small dog. They also sell their cute pet clothing and toys
