She wasn't a novice, who would need to get confirmation from the chef to see if the sandwich could be prepared to my specifications. She took charge of the sale and executed the order with grace. She was in a position where she had to know what she was doing. She knew what it takes to increase revenue and retain customers. My order: Super Veggie omelet - $ 11.95- it comes with spinach, onions, tomato & avocado. A pistachio muffin $3.50 French vanilla coffee. LG $3.50 I spent $18.95 because she was very tactful with her suggestive selling technics. I was just going to get a sandwich for $4.95 and maybe Lox added on @ $4.00 for a total of $8.95. That's about 111.5% increase on that one sale. bravo to this young lady and she needs to be recognized. The sandwich was really good I only added pepper; I guess the lox made it a little salty. It was very filling. The coffee was delicious as well. I did not consume the muffin yet. Pro tip- add veggies to your morning and you can do egg whites.
