I got that on an egg everything bagel toasted and was happy with what I got! The bagel itself was a softer dough compared to some other places but it still had a good body to it (i.e. t didn't deflate completely when you bite into it). There was a good bagel to cream cheese ratio and the cream cheese wasn't bland which is something I look out for. All directions were followed so overall happy with the minimal service we interacted with. I would give this bagel a solid 8/10

How do they taste though? Awesome! Soft interior with a well defined crispy exterior. I warmed mine in the oven and I did find the crispy edges to be a bit tougher to bite through. Personal preference I know, but it was noticeable to me. The interior doesn't get soggy though and the bagel on a whole has a great chew to it. It doesn't get crumbly like lesser bagels do. If you know, you know. Overall, I'd give Tulip an 8.5/10 that can easily be a 9/10 on any given day. I knocked them down .5 because my free bagel was hard and looking real rough. A Ham Egg & Cheese on a roll came was $4 with free coffee (I think the coffee is free before 11am). BTW, they have Black Diamond Coffee, which is one of my favorites. A few delis and diners on Long Island carry this drip brand and it is so addicting and smooth. I always get a refill when I can. It can be somewhat packed in the morning, but they're solid.
