My daughter decided she wanted to have a seeet 16 party just 6 months prior to her actual bday. In October We spent a day searching for dresses in down town Santa Ana and although we're offering whole packages dress, ramo and crown for $1,600 the quality of the dresses were sub par. We decided to check out La Quinceanera . They have a huge selection of dress styles . Simple yet beautiful, to the most extravagant and everything in between .Their dresses are beautiful and quality of material is great. They let my daughter try on 3 dresses that day. She tried a red dress, a emerald green dress and a sage dress. She decided she wanted to get a dress at La quinceanera so we put a $300 deposit and made an appointment to go back the following week to try on a few more and make a final decision. The following week we went back and although she likes many of the dresses she tried on there wasn't anything that checked all her boxes. Then Pedro recommended a dress that was designed In store recently and had not yet been sold yet. A royal blue dress with added train for a true princess look. She fell in love and that was it! She said yes to the dress. The one thing I didn't care for was the see through corset. They offered to sew in a solid corset for a more finished look. And it was perfect. Pedro and Cesar (dress designer) were extremely helpful and attentive during our visits and never rushed us and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Walked in beautiful dresses not crowded like LA MODA this was very intamite Pedro was super nice ! Talk about top tier customer service. They did let us know we can try on 2 dresses than it'd be 25$ after that for each dress we wanted to try on but if we made an appt we can try on 3. The prices vary from 1500-3k which is right around market value for these dresses. I'm big on customer service I love the fact that Pedro also mentioned some venus and event needs like party bus and DJs. Cesar the designer and Pedro said yes it can be made with colors of choice. We instantly made an appointment with them at the Santa Ana location. I came across an IG add promoting a special on dresses this past weekend of Labor day. My daughter and I were super excited to go see the dresses since we had went to the Quinceañera Expo in Ontario. We walk in start looking around. A young lady is helping a customer as well are looking around. She passes us return a bit and asked us "do u need help" but in a way they i answered quickly "not at the moment" I knew she wasn't ready to help us so I let her finish with her customer. A good 15 minutes we waited for them to leave. She never comes back, but makes a comment to the photographer who was there (I believe he has a business space there) I am so tired and want to go home. Doesn't acknowledge that we are obviously waiting for her. Looks at her phone for a few minutes. I didn't walk out only because my daughter had been so excited to go there. She looks up and says "do u need help". We had been waiting at least 20 minutes of course we wanted help. My thing is if you dont like working customer service why are you there. Find a non customer job. The photographer knew she was being rude and Kindly approach us trying to help the situation. The dresses are absolutely Beautiful, very well made. I can honestly see people not being motivated to buy there because of the service. My 2 stars is for the dresses, but I will look somewhere else for my daughter's dress. Walked in to no one welcoming us. only to get to the back of the store to be told by someone that it was by appointment only and it would cost $25 for each try in after the second one. DON'T waste your time here you can find the EXACT SAME dress in Downtown LA for MUCH CHEAPER!!! I won the "FREE DRESS of Your Dreams" contest at the Riverside Quince expo, but it was NOT FREE! When I spoke to the owner he said I'd be getting $1,000 towards the dress & IF theres a difference I'd pay that. First I should've noticed. Advertised as a free dress but if I have to pay a difference then it's not really free. Second he didn't care to get my info, I had to ask how I would prove I won & he simply said "oh yeah let me write it down on this magazine (the magazine they gave to everyone at the expo)". He wrote $1,000 towards dress, had me put my info, signed it & took a picture of it. ‍ No form or anything to make this professional. Looked past it, went to the store where everything continued to go downhill. First off dresses ranged from $1,800-$3,500 with only their As Is dresses going for $850-$1,200 but those are not size inclusive, & they're dirty with rips from the "models" wearing them in the store on the weekends. Second the seamstress was a BITCH the entire time. She kept giving us faces as if we didn't belong there, gave us attitude, & I guess assumed we didn't speak Spanish because she started complaining to the cashier that why hadn't we told them sooner we had won the contest. Whatever let it be because it was for my niece. We found a dress that was $1,800 which meant we'd have to pay $800. We figured it was worth it since they kept saying you can't find them anywhere else because they're designed by the owner. Fine. We even added the bundle with all the extras like the bear, champagne flutes, pillow, etc. All non-refundable. & guess what happened, a week later we were in downtown LA looking for other items we needed, & we found the EXACT SAME DRESS for $800. Lady even said shed leave it at $700 if we ordered that day. ‍ So not only was the dress not free, we overpaid even with their "discount". Then we were suppose to get the dress early to mid October, so we set up a date with the photographer to get pictures taken with it the last week of October. October came & went & still no dress. We called multiple times & they either didn't answer or would put us on hold & never come back. We ended up having to buy another outfit for the pictures to prevent the photographer from charging us a fee for changing the date. When we finally got the dress we expressed the entire situation to the cashier from day one up until the day of because even on that day the second seamstress we dealt with was also a bitch. The cashier said we should be happy we got the $1,000 off because it was only supposed to be $500, & that she would know since she makes the google forms for the expos. Fuck that, I asked to speak with the owner & of course he wasn't in. He would arrive at 12:00. So we left to eat while we waited for him & for the dress to get steamed. Came back at 1:00 & he still wasn't there. We waiting for another 30 min & he NEVER showed. Told her to relay my message & that I wanted to hear from him directly. Instead I get a call from the manager. I told him that I asked to speak with the owner not the manager, & I was met with another rude person. He said "well idk what to tell you, he comes & goes as he pleases, so if you have an issue you're gonna have to speak with me. & idk who told you that they're unique because we've never said that (yet they post it on instagram all the time, I've even included a picture). Plus you already bought all the accessories so idk what you want me to do. But don't worry next time you have a Quince come in & I'll help you directly." Like wtf. Waste of time and money, not only was the dress not delivered in the agreed time, but we had to spend more on an extra wardrobe so as not to change the date of the pre photo shots and avoid paying a penalty for any changes. Besides, we never received any statements letting us know that the dress was delayed. In the calls they left us on hold or simply didn't answer. And finally the dress is 3 times more expensive than what you can get in downtown Los Angeles (SAME DRESS). Almost forgot, staff is extremely rude and if you want to talk to the owner, he's never available. First and last time we bought at La Quinceañera. Simply the worse experience ever. I would give them no star if I could. This company has poor customer service once you make a purchase. They never communicate with you. You have to call multiple times to cellphones to get a response. Placing the order was easy. Once COVID hit they shut down understandable. They said they would still get the dress. June came and went and no communication. I asked for a refund in September after never hearing from them. They refuse to provide a refund even after admitting they do not have the dress and are asking me to wait for dress and pay the remaining amount or lose my money. Cesar you did not provide the dress on the day of the contract why am I not entitled to my refund? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! A week before we went in again and they gave us the same answer. HOW?!?!? They said "it will come before the day of the party and if it doesn't, she can take the one off the floor." After dress shopping for my daughters fifteen we stumbled upon this store through Tik Tok videos. At first it seem a pretty established business with great customer service. Upon entering the store it feels legitimate with beautiful dresses, my daughter fell in love with a dress that was on Display. Unfortunately you cannot buy the Display dress you have to place an order & wait for your dress to be handmade by the same designer. At least that's what we thought! After waiting patiently for the dress my daughter arrived to the location to only see a dress that was not the same at all from Fabric to custom beads to sleeves to length. It was very disappointing to see that this establishment was trying to sell us a dress not equal to the Mannequin. It was clear to us that the 2600 dollar dress being sold to us was not made by the same designer or high end fabric as they have displayed in their stores. Please save your self time and Money & look elsewhere they have a no Refund policy & will give you a hard time to return your funds. My niece tried on dresses twice.. so obviously they would have her information in their "system." I walked into store, as planned with store associate because we had a deadline... because "if you don't place order asap" models get discontinued by the second. Sooo.. I walked in and Joselin started to help me... not very friendly, kind a rude and snobby. I explained why I was there. So she said the information reg the down payment was wrong amongst other details... so I began to get a little agitated and apologized for being rude to her.. And instead of her being apologetic back... she said "it wasn't me that helped you," I asked her how do you track payments on the dress? Her reply "we have a system and pointed to computer screen." --- my thoughts- doesn't it show names and schedules?? Hmmm She then walked away and said she was getting a manager.. she charged the incorrect amount and I tried to tell her and she ignored me and proceeded to walk away. All she said was, "I'm a model here. " Pedro came into the picture shortly after as the manager- he tried to make things better.. but failed this he was apologetic it was just not enough... But for my niece, I'm forced to use them. We will see how the dress ends up. Since Pedro claims that at his store basic alterations are free and part of the quince dress. Nice dresses but I felt that my niece was being pressured into buying dress by the employees ... (niece was with her mom every time.) Originally, my wife and I had gone to Downtown LA to get her a dress. Do not do this or do your homework. We had originally purchased a dress from Downtown LA and when we got it, it was not an original dress. The color did not match and the designing company would not even talk to us. I came in with my younger sister who is having a 15 in february , I am 23 . I will be the one paying for the dress. We go in & ask if she can try on dresses . They said no, that they did appointment only . Which is fine every store has their policies , she had me scan a QR code that sent me to the page where you book appointments. There was tons of appointments available through the same day & for the following days . ( Schedule was wide open ) Anyways , I was going to book for 3:30 ( it was 2) & the lady behind the counter tells me I cannot book because I am not her mother . And I explained to her that I was her older sister and even then she did not allow just my sister and I to book because she wanted our mom there . I guess every store has their policies but if im the one paying for the dress .... I really don't get why a parent is needed if I'm above 21. . My point is you never know what anybody's situation is and there's many people out there that don't have parental guardians and saying something like they can't book without a parent could really effect somebody else ! not everybody is blessed with parents . I think that this business would be better off making more clear policies like having a minor have to be accompanied by somebody above a certain age . Even 21+ . Not everybody has parents . Made a 1pm appointment, arrived 10 minutes late (wrong address given). Called to verify address and make them aware I was running late. Arrived to appointment and they said that we did not have an appointment(They had called to invite me to their store, I had signed to make an appointment while at an event they were attending and we confirmed a day and time on the phone). They then told us to wait until one of their current appointments who arrived early was done. We waited there for about an hour, there were many employees just standing there and doing nothing. Lots of people came in so it was crowded, they booked many people at the same time. There were four dressing rooms but they only attended to one person at a time. It was very chaotic in there, people waiting and people having to be rescheduled for about two hours later than their original time. It was only until my group all got up that one of the staff came running towards us and asking if we wanted to try on dresses. We had already wasted too much time and I value my time for I have drove there from far away. I am VERY disappointed and experienced horrible customer service.
