Found this office through Open Care referral service. I provided my photo ID and insurance card during the online appointment scheduling process. During TWO later calls from Bespoke Dental directly to confirm the appointment, I asked if they took my insurance. I wanted to confirm ahead of time. I even asked if my insurance card was received. Upon arrival, I was informed they did NOT take my insurance. I recently had a major surgery- getting out of the house for this appointment was a big deal for nothing. Overall great experience with my teeth whitening and cleaning experience. I did upgrade at there office for a deep cleaning in order for my teeth whitening to be brighter. The office was clean and Ashkwin was a doll. The dentist was friendly but I could tell they didn't go over my chart or they could have upsold me on some problem areas. And there was a female that did my X-rays that wasn't as friendly and kept hurting me. But my cleaning and teeth whitening procedure was 10/10 and I'm very happy with the results. The staff were really welcoming , and the office is nice and clean. But I got zero results from the whitening treatment. And it's definitely confusing info for cleaning, then they said only polishing, and I got totally 30 seconds polishing. I would not go back for other treatments. My first visit here was for a liplase procedure. It is the nicest dentist office office ever seen! The air was fragranced nicely. The office was bright, the furniture was stylish yet simple. The TV had really great information about procedures and services. Both the Dentist and I believe Adell who performed the procedure had excellent "bedside" manner. I felt like they really cared about providing great service and a great experience! Everyone I interacted with was courteous, friendly and helpful. And they have this wonderful membership plan that gives great benefits on services they provide. It is a real value! I will most likely subscribe. I wasn't the patient but I was the driver. I took my neighbor here for his appointment today. He was very happy with the professionalism & care the Doctor & staff showed him as well as the dental treatment itself, x-rays, an exam & a temporary crown. From my point of view, as the driver, if you have to wait in a waiting room this is a great place to wait! You can watch HBO, they offer you a beverage ( I enjoyed a Pellegrino) & they even have a healthy snacks area! Wow! Am I at a spa? The nice Dentist, Dr. Parth Kansagra introduced himself & everyone at the front desk was helpful & friendly. They provide parking validations too. That's a great perk since only the first 20 minutes are free. There's a parking structure as well as a parking lot. Depending on the time of day it's a busy area. The Dental Studio is part of a Medical Center & it's all next door to Los Alamitos Hospital. read more

What a fantastic dental studio! Dr Partha is awesome, very sweet and kind and personable and his entire staff are also on his level of professionalism and kindness. I came here for a Fontana LipLase procedure. It involved having my lips numbed with an injection and then a laser applied to my lips. All in all about 20 minutes in and out. I would recommend taking the day off after this procedure, just because there is some inflammation. However, I can already see a difference in my lips and look forward to completing the recommended four sessions. I don't like needle injections, so this is a great alternative to lip filler. Especially if you want to avoid duck lips. I will come back to take advantage of some of the other wellness/aesthetic services offered! read more

I feel very grateful to have found him. He knows his craft very well and is compassionate and careful in his work.
