Probably great with men's suit but I would definitely not recommend for women's suits. I purchase three suits and had to get it refitted at least 4 to 5 times. I like my suit fit it around the waist and even after multiple fitting they just could not get it right. Now I have three suits sitting in my closet that I will never wear. For the amount of money that I paid I was disappointed with the fit. I was hoping to get custom fitted suit that I could wear for work. The worst part is the tailor is not located at the office that I go to get my fitting. Therefore I have to constantly go through a middle person to relay my messages of how I want the suit to fit along the bust and my waist and hips. TruTailor was also very accommodating in ensuring we stayed within the budget I had set, while still making a high-quality suit. The suit that was produced exceeded my expectations. The suit was tailored nicely, felt and looked high-quality, and was very comfortable. TruTailor made the suit in a timely manner with plenty of time to spare before the wedding. Not only was the fit perfect, but any minor alterations that needed were quick and able to be taken care of right away. The only very slight constructive criticism I would give is that communication was a little bit lacking following payment for the suit until the suit was actually ready. This was understandable, but also a bit worrying for a worrywart like myself, given after payment I wasn't able to confirm if the suit-making process had started until a few weeks after payment.
