    Sergio Tapia was the biggest help with helping us find our new truck! He was very knowledgeable and patient and made sure to answer all our questions!

    Back in january twenty twenty two I bought my cadillac x t four from this dealership brand new. When I got the car and drove it home within an hour.I noticed all the oil had leaked out from the car. I called the dealer and they told me to drive the car in and not have it towed, which I did. I believe this is when most of the problems started with this car. Last year I received a notice that the car has an issue with the check engine light. And just this past week that light came on when I called cadillac to inquire about the free service to get it fixed, they told me i'm over mileage.Now, and they will not help me whatsoever. I feel that this dealership.It sold me a defected car, a real lemon. Every time I complain they didn't care. I'm one instance.I took the car to get its routine oil service which should have taken forty minutes since I was the first customer at the dealership. After waiting five hours with ridiculous apologies, they finally got the car done. I would never buy a Cadillac again. Nor would I ever touch this dealership, I think they're now unprofessional, and there are service department is substandard.

    This place is great! Everybody was very kind. We worked with Miguel Flores, who helped us out a ton with our purchase. I truly recommend him enough, very kind, worked fast. I am a first time buyer, he made the process very easy, and helped us out a ton. I am very happy with my car, and when we return for another vehicle purchase here, we will be asking for Miguel Flores.

    5 stars for Michael Kingsbury and his dedication to helping us find the right vehicle, make the "deal" as reasonable and painless as possible, his dedication to delivery day and making sure we were fully oriented, and to follow up with Cadillac after the sale related to a couple of issues at Cadillac corporate. If you are looking for a GM/Cadillac product start with him :) Loving our new EV Lyric!

People that made my experience here memorable and definitely earmed future visits.. Steve H. , Marcos, and Arlene.. Super friendly and honest.. (Service and Toyota Rent a Car) As I was waiting inside the lobby area many employee's took the time to say good morning and ask me how I was doing.. The store, showroom, and restrooms were clean.. I got a referral from Diana, the Service Manager, who has been steering me through the Dealership and making sure I am ALWAYS well taken care of for the last three years, to Anthony, the Fleet/Internet Sales Manager. He was terrific, professional and no nonsense. He didn't waste my time, didn't BS me, or insult my intelligence. I'm not sure what else he could have done to please me. At one point, the General Manager was gracious enough to come by, introduce himself, and offer additional assistance. This is not an experience I normally look forward to, but these three Professionals completely changed the dreaded New Car Buying Experience into a memorable one! There is no reason to look elsewhere. From the quality of the product to the full service they offer, everything you need is right there in a pleasant, safe, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and just go there!

    Our family was in the market for a vehicle & we were just shopping around online…read more We found the one we loved on Chavez Jessup GMCs website. My husband decided to take the ride out to Indio to check out the car since it was over 100 miles away from us. (Yes, that's how much we liked the car lol) Long story very short, everyone we came in contact with was professional & respectful. They were not "pushy salesmen" like most people are used to at car dealerships. They made us feel welcomed instead of just a sale to them. Upon inspection of the car, we did notice something was broken. They acknowledged that they missed it & fixed the problem without any issues. When we got home, unfortunately there was another issue with the vehicle that we immediately brought to their attention. We had to drive back in for service on the initial broken part, so they looked at the new issue too. Everything was fixed according to the service dept. We got home & realized unfortunately the 2nd issue was not resolved. We called them & they set us up to be taken care of at a local repair center due to the distance from our house to the dealership (they did an exceptional job btw) All in all, even with a few hiccups - we couldn't be happier with their service & professionalism. Things happen & nothing is ever going to go perfectly smooth, that's life- but, wow. They made sure to make things right & went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of, communicated with us & never left us wondering. **side note - the facility was clean, the restrooms were kept up & clean, they had waters, coffee & vending machines for you while you wait. Plenty of parking. We had our kids with us & to me, those are all huge pluses (especially the restrooms) Thank you! Joey & Horacio, thank you both for your help!

    Run, don't walk away! Terrible service from these…read moreincompetent liars. A simple oil change turned in to a 4 1/2 hour lying session. After even having an early morning appointment, they still stole my time and worse. Upon receiving my very new Yukon back, I noticed a small ding and fresh scratch on my right front fender. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got back home. It was as if their incompetent technician dropped a tool or wrench during my oil change. Not only will I never purchase a vehicle from these very shady and dishonest people again, but I will tell 20 more people! Own up to your short comings! Shame on your pathetic dealer.
