As we were deciding which Frontier would best fit our needs, Jasmine was patient and at no time did we feel pushed or hurried into making a choice we might be sorry for later. We had the same experience in the finance department. We took our time going over their cool computerized contract and informational "papers." If you plan on buying a Nissan, call and ask for Jasmine. We purchased the blue Frontier that I've had my eyes on. My only suggestion is Nissan get up to speed with hybrid cars and trucks. Likewise, the Frontier is a six cylinder that gets 310 horse power. Nissan needs to get a 4 cylinder turbo for the Frontier. One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. I'm currently queuing with four other customers, waiting to pick my car up while one of their customer service agents argues with a customer. I brought my Nissan in for an oil change and before they even took the keys they tried to scam me into replacing the rear brakes on my 2016 Murano for over $400. I just checked the inspection report and the rear brakes passed inspection (picture attached). If you can, don't take your car to these guys. They can't be trusted. read more

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I was told the tires were brand new even though to be certified they only had to have a tread depth of 5/32. On the way home the car had a rough ride so I went back to the dealership. They inflated the tires to 36psi from 28psi. The next day the tire pressure warning lights were on so I took the vehicle to Discount Tire and had the tires inflated and checked. The front tires have a depth of 4/32 and the back 6/32. These tires are far from brand new as the salesman Joel claimed. AND they do not meet the Certified Pre-Owned standard. He then texted me and said "tires has to be new or like super barely used." He also texted me that "4/32 is to(sic) low". I've spoken to management and they are unwilling to accept any responsibility. I was told the GM only comes to this dealership on Wednesdays for meetings. I tracked him down as he is also the GM at the I10 Dodge dealership. He has yet to return my call. If they are willing to be untruthful about one thing how many more untruths are there? The car is the car. Good customer service and communication makes the difference and you will not find either at this dealership. read more

I moved to La Quinta from Palm Springs and I needed an oil change. I saw that this Nissan dealership/repair shop was very close to my residence. I made an appointment and when I arrived the staff opened doors for me and I received a friendly greeting. The person who did my maintenance, Sem Vaquero, was courteous and knowledgeable. My car was taken care of in a flash. Also, I wanted to mention, I was given a $10 credit for bringing my car there for the first time so I picked out several small items in the shopping area. The lady at the counter was friendly and personable. All in all my experience was very pleasant and I am happy with the service on my car. The waiting area is cozy and like home. I miss the Palm Springs Nissan Service Department but I am happy that the staff at both locations are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They give old-time service in these new ages. read more

If there was the ability to giver lower than one star I'd give it. My experience with Torre Nissan Service center was terrible. It started off with when I dropped my car off, the person that was supposed to give me updates on my vehicle passed me off to someone else I didn't even meet. Later that day it was getting closer to the end of business and no update. I called and no one wanted to help me, I had to speak to the person I hadn't met. After insisting I get an update, someone finally tells me "Oh, we have to call Nissan to see how to go about the repair it won't be ready today." I'm sorry aren't you Nissan, who could you be calling? The 2nd day begins and still no update, I'm provided a link so I can track the progress of my vehicle. The link says they haven't checked it in, I call again. This time I have to ask specifically for the person who I hadn't met. They tell me that they found out what's wrong and it'll be $750. Tough pill to swallow but I have to get it done. They tell me we'll try to have it done for you by end of day. Once again end of business and no phone call, the tracker has not been updated. I call and no one is able to tell me what's going on with my car since the person I haven't met is gone for the day. Incredibly frustrated, I have to call back the next day around the afternoon and what do you know, it is their day off. No handoff to anyone else, and no phone call with an update. I then ask the person on the phone for an update and they can't provide me with one because the internet is down. Before I can finish my sentence of, "I'm frustrated because it's been three days" they interrupt me and say in the most condescending tone"I apologize sir without the internet we have nothing". I hang up and wait a few hours to see if their internet gets fixed, I finally call back around 3pm and my car is finally ready. I ask if I can go right then, and they say no just wait an hour so I do. I've already waited 3 days. I show up and they hand me my keys and paperwork. I go to my car to turn it on, and there is no gas left in the tank. I go back to the service advisor and they say well you should be able to make it to the chevron next door. The service team has no empathy, no customer service, no timely updates. Just be a human. I'm afraid I will have to return in the future due to my distance from another Nissan service center. Brought the truck in after making an appointment. We were promptly checked in and advised by Juan Castillo. He gave us a comprehensive list of what needed to be addressed. It wasn't cheap but all Nissan parts and warrantied. Offered us a loaner car (we passed) and offered to take us somewhere to have lunch. Again we passed but how lovely to offer that to us. Nice cool and comfortable waiting area. And virtually everyone continually offer us cold water and sodas. Made us feel like very valued customers . TERRIBLE! The sales people are friendly and so is the financing. BUT when it comes to processing paperwork, it's the worst terrible horrible service I've ever experienced. Never do a trade in. I gave my car as part of my down payment and closed the deal. Only to find that almost a year later, I'm still fighting attorneys, parking fees, police reports because they didn't file the proper paperwork. I constantly emailed and spoke with SCOTT BRADSHAW, but it all was false promises. Blaming it on others, or reassurance that the paperwork had been filed. Terrible experience by far that I've ever had at a Nissan dealership service department. Service department needs more training on how to explain services and fees and how to provide better customer service. Well at least the advisor who helped me Alex Corona. First I wasn't made aware of why the extra charges for diagnosis fee. If they need more time with the car that should've been on them. I asked for fee breakdown and basically was given an explanation of how a sensor works and then advisor (Alex Corona) emailed me estimate not showing a detailed breakdown that I requested and he sent it from a personal email. So unprofessional! After two days of bugging Alex and taking a trip to service department since phone call wasn't being returned I was promised a breakdown of work done for the diagnosis test fee, but I had to make a second trip the next day since he said he couldn't email it this time. The breakdown he gave me only showed estimate of $170 fee not the $510 they were charging me for diagnostic test that I had requested breakdown for. Finally after frustration and feeling like a broken record repeating myself and getting no where I called parts and service Director who at least explained better and discounted fee to $255. I really don't think I should've been charge anything especially with the horrible service provided, but I wanted my car back already . The estimate for fixing the vehicle was for over $3,000 and Alex said he was only 90% confident it would fix the car. I mean who would pay any money to any service provider when they aren't even 100% sure it's what's wrong. Then I was told he meant they can't guarantee nothing else would be wrong with the car. I know what I heard and no one was asking for that type of guarantee how silly would that be. I still had to have my car towed home. I feel like I got robbed for my $255. Also, when I received my car at home I checked it and noticed owners Manuel/maintenance/ warranty booklet was missing from car. So I called on Saturday 1/21/22 at 9am left a voicemail for Alex Corona to inquire about the missing booklets. About 10:30 am I called again and he put me on hold since I was 10 minutes away I stayed on hold but also got a ride down to Torre Nissan. I got there in 7-8 minutes for which I was still on hold so I hung up as I walked in to my disappointment Alex as well as two other employees who were sitting in the desks behind him were just sitting there looking at their cell phones, so why was I on hold for over 6 minutes when no customers were in there?!? So very disappointed and made me so upset. I asked for my booklets and of course he implied he had heard my message but guess he was too busy playing with his cell to call back. He said I would have to wait till Monday 1/23/22 so he can ask the mechanic about booklets didn't even offer to go take a glance in case he could spot them. I've had several Nissans since 2000 to now and like I said this has been the worst experience making me regret I have a Nissan. read more

But their attitude was great environment was hospitable and I'm very happy with my car. The only downside was the loan officer at the dealership oversold the warrantee and insurance. Save your time and go to palm springs nissan. Came in last November to get my neice a rogue sport. Got a shit quote here and they did not even want to negotiate. They gave us $260 for a lease. Went to nissan palm springs. Same car, $159/month drove off the lot within 2 hours. Last weekend, came in for Nissan Armada, expensive car. They gave us quote of 720 a month with 4k down on a lease. Then went down to 659. The "manager" came down and said they want 52% on a lease. We have tier 1 credit, just fyi. The "manager" showed us papers with numbers and said sorry, cant do anything lower then $659. Next day went to Nissan palm springs. $2,300 down and 450 a months. They also said 702 at first, we said no way. Manager came, negotiated with us and we left that same day with a Armada lease for $450/month with 2,300 down instead of 4k down and $659 a month. RUN from Torree Nissan. 2 cars in a row in less than a year we got from Palm springs because la quinta Nissan sucks! I dont know how they make money. My mom needs a new car and were going next month to palm springs right away, not wasting my time here, even though it's closer to us. Shit salesman and staff. They just called me today to talk about price, I told them we bought a car on Sunday, we were there Saturday. Its tuesday. The owner of this dealership should be ashamed of his team. I am now on my third car from Torre Nissan. The sales team is and has always been great since my first purchase in 2011. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same regarding the service department with the exception of Sem who has always been great. In my last few visits, the services have taken longer and longer each time. In addition, the service and parts representatives have been very inconsistent and seem uninterested in providing a great customer experience. I called to get pricing on two items for my vehicle yesterday and the gentlemen was so helpful by providing the cost, ETA of the part and had no problem providing the part numbers. I called again today because I did not get the part number for the second item and Chris Contreras, the parts manager, stated he could not give it to me. He stated it was company policy as they don't want people looking for parts elsewhere. If you are a manager and I just stated someone else was able to help me then why would you, a manager, not be willing to? I requested to speak with the service manager, Juan, who was able to help me. I have continued to service here despite all the service issues because I have been a loyal customer and trusted Torre Nissan with all of my vehicles but unfortunately I will not be doing so moving forward nor will I purchase or refer anyone else to this dealership. Had a brake problem, and mechanic stated, replace master brake cylinder. After replacing this item at a cost of $893, same problem with spongy brake pedal. I was reimbursed the $893. Next the mechanic said, replace the ABS pump, cost about $2,000. I had no confidence with the Torre Nissan mechanic, so I had my car towed to Infinity dealer in Palm Springs. Was told there was air in the brake line. Cost to repair. $189. When I first brought my car into Torre Nissan, I said, please check for air in the brake line. Seems Torre Nissan mechanics are only interested in the max dollar they can charge the customer, not the easy fix. read more
