Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte from DD delivery. The Egg Croissant arrived still warm. I ordered it grilled and with turkey and jalapeños, but unfortunately they forgot the jalapeños. The croissant was soft and buttery and tasted so good grilled. The turkey was sliced deli meat, but of a better quality than the thin grocery store brands. One issue I had is that I paid extra for turkey and they gave me like one slice that didn't even cover the entire sandwich. The second issue is if you want mayo, they charge extra for it. The Rocks Caramel iced latte with almond milk was really delicious. I appreciate that they offer sugar-free sweetener/flavors. The prices were fair. I paid $8.76 for the croissant egg sandwich with jalapeños and $7.60 for the coffee latte with almond milk. And these are delivery prices, not sure how much it is in store. I would probably order from here again if I'm desperate, but I don't think it will be my first choice when it comes to breakfast sandwiches. The coffee deserves a second visit. read more

It was average. What puzzled me was how they flattened the sandwich -- even though the to-go box had plenty of room. It felt unnecessarily squished, which threw off the texture. * Service: Thoughtful. Even though my order was to-go, they brought it out to me, which I appreciated. * Menu & Atmosphere: The menu has a few tempting items I'd like to try next time I'm in the area. The environment is welcoming, and if you've got a sweet tooth, this spot might be worth checking out. Would I come back for the sandwiches? Probably not. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a matcha, and it was basically all milk with barely any matcha flavor. I also ordered a spicy chicken torta, but the lettuce looked like it had been sitting out for a long time it was brown, wilted, and tasted sour, which was really concerning. On top of that, I ordered a cheese and egg bagel. I live literally 2 minutes away, so there's no reason it should have been in the condition it was. The bagel looked and tasted stale, and it was ROCK HARD, like it had been sitting out for a very long time. The customer service made the experience even worse. My order took an incredibly long time, and the girls working at the counter had very poor attitudes while taking my order. They came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service. I hope they improve their freshness standards and treat customers with a friendlier attitude in the future. read more

First time trying hot latte and definitely wasn't disappointed not huge on flavor syrup so just in case I got a quarter pump of all flavoring if any came with my choice of latte. It was evenly balanced enough flavoring, but can still taste the coffee. Also , hoping to add more trending flavors to their hot and cold coffee drinks. They are the earliest open coffee shop in Rialto, which is a plus!!! read more

Christina, the drive-thru rep who assisted me, was absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and full of positive energy. From the moment she greeted me, I could tell she genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. Christina made sure my order was accurate, the Horchata Gansito Creation was perfect. Christina provided attentive service with a great smile that really stands out and makes your day a little brighter. Coffee Nutzz has been one of my favorite local spots lately , but Christina's kindness and great attitude made this visit extra special. I purchased a choco milk w. banana and milk tea around 7 pm on 6/02/2026 when i finally got home i noticed the choco milk didn't taste as good as all the other times. I called the store and they agreed for a replacement for the choco milk even wrote my name down "Chris" I went in for the replacement today the 3rd and the employee at the window made it a big deal because I didn't bring my receipt even though she saw my name written down in the back, Afterall she didn't give me a replacement. Btw When i talked to the employee on the phone she didn't say anything about a receipt otherwise i wouldn't have thrown it away. I would just like to start off by saying normally the customer service is really great but this time that was not the case. I understand what it's like to work at the end of the shift but I believe that quality customer service should run until the end of shift. We arrived there around 9:20. Closing time is 10 PM and when we got our order through the drive-thru my croissant was totally burnt and I didn't notice until I got home. While we were still in the drive-thru and handed our drinks. I requested mine with no Boba, and it was handed to my boyfriend with Boba. I understand the mistakes are made, and they offer to make us a new one, but had a slight attitude towards that. I appreciate the fact that they were able to make me a new drink but I really didn't like the attitude or my burnt croissant. When you are pregnant and have cravings, you will understand lol. The day I came there was a high school event it was overly packed the staff had zero patience no names were being called they ever just placing orders at the pick up area so anyone could grab as a free for all. If the event was known about it would have been nice to have been better prepared and organized.
