The entire operation feels disorganized, rude, and completely unhelpful. During my most recent visit, multiple service employees actually yelled at me and my mom to move my car instead of offering any guidance about where to go or what to do. As a woman, the tone and treatment felt especially disrespectful and uncomfortable. Overall, the staff come across as apathetic and irritated that customers are even there. Basic courtesy and customer service seem nonexistent. I would absolutely not recommend coming here for service. I received a bill from the CA DMV on 6/28/2019 for the September 2019 tags renewal. After trying different numbers to contact Roger, I was finally able to do so on 7/8/2019. After a brief conversation, he asked me to forward a copy of the DMV renewal bill via text, and I did so along with sales contract showing the fees he collected for the vehicle's tags. As of 7/13/2019 I have gotten no response from Roger (Kunle Rogers/ KR Autobahn Group)
