Came yesterday with my BF to look at a 67 mustang that was listed online. No parking at this damn joint at all! We walked over to the car and a young Asian guy came out. My BF asked for the keys to look inside. The car had to be jumped to start. He liked it and was thinking of buying it. The sales guy asked if we had any questions and then told us it had a hold on it from someone in New York! Really???????????????? Well- 9 weeks later my car was returned, and it is running well. I am appreciative that the team there worked so hard to make sure that they fixed the mistake of the purchaser, and they loaned me a car at no cost while mine was in the shop. I have driven it 3x over the light reset milage, and it is finally running like i would have expected initially. I still feel like this situation was absolutely unnecessary, and i hope that everyone involved realizes just how much something like a car purchase can effect so many people. Had i not been so aggressive and (admittedly) annoying- buying a car that wasnt in driving order could have really really ruined me financially. That being said- they stepped up to the plate and made it happen. I would give 5 stars but i think they can accept a near perfect score. :p But the people you will deal with as a client... Terrible experience. They were decent until the car sold. Then I took it to my normal shop and it needs $3500 in repairs, including a leaking rear main seal. Would have been cheaper to buy a newer more expensive vehicle. I sent them the invoice and tried to work something out with them, but I just kept getting told that the owner would "call me on Monday" for two weeks, trying to push the issue past the 30-day warranty. Purchased a car from here in September 2016. David said before we drove off - he wanted the car inspected and make sure the brakes had at least 30-40% pad left. Less than 6,000 miles and now we need new brakes. The car is driven on the freeway and city streets- no up or down hill. Called to ask David if that was normal and got played the "well I don't know how the car is driven" and "I'm not sure how many miles you can get off 30%brake pads". But 'morally' he doesn't send a car off the lot with less than 30%. I call BS! Funny how morals go right about the window once you cash the check. It mentions on the website that you take care of future AND former customers- well that's a load of crap. BUYERS BE WARNED!!!! I bought a manual transmission 2015 Subaru WRX on the 27th of July and the car seemed to be in great shape and even scored a 92 AutoCheck. On the 25th, just two days later. I had notified the manager Kevin, that the clutch was starting to slip but I was reassured that it would be replaced at no charge since I had just bought the car. Alright awesome! Only that a day later the clutch burnt on the highway causing me to get the car towed back to the dealer when I was supposed to be at a funeral. I spent about 4 hours at the dealership only to be told that there was $1500 worth of damage done to the clutch and that I was expected to pay half. I told them I'd review my options since I now had to worry about transportation expenses that they could not alleviate even when work is so difficult at this time because of the COVID pandemic. I left the dealership disappointed in hopes that I'd get a call back soon with a solution. I patiently awaited their call but to no avail. This was starting to frustrate me so I decided to call on the 1st of August just to be informed that they haven't even checked the car. On top of this, I made another call the following Monday to receive some good news but was informed that they were now looking at $2000 worth of damage and was still expecting me to pay $800 even with my current hardships. I told them that now I wanted to review my legal options since the fees were starting to stack up even with communication being so grim. They immediately responded to this saying to not worry and that now I would only pay $600. I responded that I'd think about it and would like to pick up my insurance documentation I had left in the vehicle along with my contract for my attorney. When I arrived and grabbed my documents from the glovebox, all the documents I needed were gone! Turns out that it was the manager's day off and I'd have to wait another day to receive all my documents again. I am currently still talking to an attorney and hoping to take action so something like this won't happen to anyone else again. read more

I bought a 2016 BMW 535D the first week of February 2020. The car a small dent in the front fender, paint damage on the drivers door the size of a dime and scratch on the rear bumper. The manager Kevin agreed to fix these items and wrote a work order. Needless to say the quarantine for Covid19 kicked and I couldn't get these issues fixed. Kevin called me in late May following up on the work order and I dropped off my car and the fixed all 3 items. I am one happy camper and I am glad that Kevin is man of his word. See the photos below. WARNING!!! if you are going to buy a car from these guys - do not believe a word they say no matter how nice they are. Do get the car checked out by an outside source before signing any contracts or putting any money down. Do not trust their mechanics to look over or fix anything. We recently bought a car and the next day after buying it the battery died and when we had it checked out by an outside source we were told it was a super old battery. We took it back and guys replaced it. But then a couple of days later the breaks started not work straight away and make a funny noise. Again we took it to an outside source and he found that there was an issue with the breaks and a possible leak with in the gas and a list of other things. We took it back to Car Search USA and they said they would look over it. They said they could only see the break problem and fixed that. Then we found out a month later that gas has been leaking from a hole in the tank this entire time!!!!!!! These people had us waiting for 2 days before we could even purchase the car because they said they were getting it ready for the road. It is obvious they new it had all these problems but they just tried to hide it ALL!!!! People could have been seriously injured or killed because these guys did not have any true customer care. They were were so friendly and supportive on the outside but behind closed doors they were hiding serious dangerous issues with this car! They are very dishonest and untrustworthy. I scheduled an appointment to come see the car and within 30 mins of driving 30+ miles to see about it I'm told it was sold? Don't waste my time telling me it's there if I'm telling you that's specifically what I'm after. No other color, no other year, no other mileage. That car specifically. LET ME START WITH THIS - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We used a car buying service through our insurance and found an amazing car. It's too bad we bought it here because what we thought was an awesome experience actually ended up to be a complete sham. After THREE CAR PAYMENTS we received a call from the ORIGINAL DEALERSHIP (this was a previously leased vehicle) stating that Car Search USA NEVER PAID FOR THE VEHICLE. In other words, it still belonged to the original dealership. I called the GM (Kevin) MULTIPLE TIMES to no avail. We had to contact Car Search USA's security bonding company and after several weeks THEY finally sent the check to the dealership. I'm writing this on June 25, 2020. I "purchased" this vehicle on March 20, 2020. The title STILL has not been received by our lender. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I saw a car I liked advertised on another car website. The pictures looked nice. The price was right. I click on the part where it says "view all cars by this dealer." I discovered that they have some really nice cars. I call them up. They tell me car is still available. I hang up phone with them and travel all the way down there. It takes me about 40 mins on fwy. I get there 40 mins later. They tell me car is at their other lot. I wait for one of their salespersons to take me to other lot. He does. He was actually a cool person. Their other lot is in Arleta, CA. What I shouldve done was drive my existing car to other lot. Anyway, the cool salesperson drops me off at other lot in Arleta and some idiot takes over. He introduces himself as owner. I forgot his name. But he shows me car. Too bad I can't get to it. The car's bumper is parked back on a tree. Everything is scratched up. Bumper. Fenders. Quarter panels. Other cars are blocking it. All of their cars have unnecessary cosmetic scratches from parking them packed together like sardines. It's ridiculous. If you want to ever test drive a car here, it will take an hour for them to even get the car out. They gotta move a billion cars. I finally get to see car. it seems that camera man who took pics of exterior and interior selectively did it. Because this car has a host of cosmetic issues. Also, It has about 15k more miles than listed lol. Wow! My offer price went down, due to the overwhelming amount of unnecessary scratches, dings, etc., that I'm pretty sure is caused by their parking habits and lack of reconditioning. Not to mention15k more miles. I test drive car and noticed nothing really works as designed (power seats are out, etc). The owner turns on radio. Yes that's working. I turn it off fast so I can hear engine. Who cares about a radio? I'm checking out car. I want to hear engine. Don't let them turn on radio or a/c. Check all that stuff after you check out engine, tranny, power steering, suspension, brakes, etc...the stuff that keeps the car running. The owner lied and said he just put new tires on car. I check production date of all 4 of the tires. The date is 3301 on one. That means 33rd week of 2001. Theother 3 have older production dates...pre-2000s. So they are more dangerous to drive on than that 1 12 year old tire I mentioned. I tell him about damage to the mirrors, etc. He said I can get them from junk yard for cheap lol. Well, why didn't you do that before making the car publicly for sale? The only thing they put on car that was new is grille emblem lol. They pretty much do not recondition these cars beyond that. Oil was burnt. Tranny fluid was burnt. Car requires green coolant..it actually had dexcool on top of green stuff lol. I made him a "junk yard" offer. Because this car was junk. He declined. Then counteroffered me the price of car with taxes (car plus 9%) lol. He said it was lower than sticker price. I guess he thought I couldnt do math. I told them that I'll be back so they wouldnt get mad at me and not take me back to their North Holly Wood lot where my car is lol. They took me back. But I had to wait about forty minutes for them to bring another buyer here from their other lot lol. I was so happy to leave that junk yard. I never came back and never will. If you buy from these idiots, you are asking for a problem. If you do decide to buy from these idiots, make sure you pay auction prices and have your car towed to repair shop. Treat it like a donated car from an auction and a fixer upper. It's the same. Because auctioned cars are not reconditioned. These cars are not reconditioned as well. If I wanted a non-reconditioned car, I would go to an auction or buy from a curbstoner lol. At a car lot, I expect them to prepare their vehicles for sale so one can drive off the lot with them. I guess they are most interested in profit margin and not customer satisfaction. Also, carfax showed 5 owners lol. Ad said 1 owner. Wow! read more

The problem is there's no club and he's probably 50 years old and looks completely unprofessional. A 50 year old obese guy trying to look like Justin Bieber. What happen to the days when salesmen used to wear dress pants, dress shirt, a tie and nicely polished shoes.... The guy I spoke with says he's the owner, yet he's rude and has this tone of some serious entitlement....I'm not sure if he's persian or mexican but regardless, he was very RUDE. I am leaving this review on behalf of my father who purchased a Range Rover from this dealer. He was pre approved for the vehicle and he and I drove over an hour to this dealership with $10k in hand as a down payment on a $28k vehicle. HE WAS PRE APPROVED in November, Black Friday to be exact. This dealership has lied and stalled on the load for this vehicle, denied my fathers proof of income multiple times after he gave them the down payment and took possession of the vehicle which now has expired temporary tags and cannot be driven. They accused him of making $2k per month when he showed them over $120k worth of checks for an entire year. My father is in his 60's and self employed and they are now trying to deny him after the fact. These people will lie, steal your money, and give you a run around while not taking your calls for weeks and blaming you for not following up. Buyer beware, if you are self employed do not buy from here. You will wait 3 months + for a loan that they cannot make happen after taking thousands from you.
