The entire operation feels disorganized, rude, and completely unhelpful. During my most recent visit, multiple service employees actually yelled at me and my mom to move my car instead of offering any guidance about where to go or what to do. As a woman, the tone and treatment felt especially disrespectful and uncomfortable. Overall, the staff come across as apathetic and irritated that customers are even there. Basic courtesy and customer service seem nonexistent. I would absolutely not recommend coming here for service. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that treats people with respect, understanding and appreciation for your business.

I was expecting that he would try and sell it as is but he has it repaired and even emailed a picture of the completed repair.
