My daughters went in there to have acrylic nails done. All 3 said the manager was extremely rude and rough when filing nails. He kept nicking the skin. Furthermore, we had Groupon voucher and he told my one daughter who paid for a full set that she needs to pay an extra $5 because it's too long! There is nothing in terms and conditions to say pay extra for length. You want her to pay for no extra work? Greed! I'm sure they won't last long if they don't learn about manners and customer service. read more

I had the worst salon experience of my life. I went in the Friday before my wedding at 2pm and I didn't leave until after 5:30. The pedicure was decent - nothing special. However, the manicure was a nightmare. I wanted pink and white nexgen nails (dipping powder). They were muddy and messy. The manager noticed they were bad but said he didn't have time to redo them and told me to come back later. I explained that my rehearsal dinner was in an hour and I didn't have time to wait. He made the same girl redo them. She was really rushed and cut 3 of my fingers. The worst part is the management. My fingers were bleeding and they weren't even apologetic. They tried to just take $5 off my manicure. I didn't have time to stand there and argue with them, so I ended up paying for this awful experience. All I can say is, stay away! read more

Not happy anymore. I always come here for at least ten years maybe. My nails look good. The nail tech (0712 on my receipt) tried to up sale me and charge me for scrubbing my feet $5. They always do this included. Then I was charged $1 for the plastic liner in my tub. I still gave her a generous tip because it is hard work. Not going back. I'm surprised by the low rating for this clean and friendly salon. Our regular nail lady moved to this location along with a few of her team from the Plano location. Her team is courteous and attentive with quick offerings of refreshments of bottled water and coffee. They are respectful and patient with their older adult clients. I'm most impressed with the care they took to ensure safe entrance onto the pedicure chair. The price is comparable to other salons. They take appointments which is wonderful on a very busy Friday morning. The team works well together to provide a relaxing time and a beautiful pedicure. read more

I use to love coming to this nail shop but I just went today and the service was horrible. I was getting my dipping redone and one lady cut my nails and I think she knew she messed up so she had another nail tech do it. I have one thumb totally shorter than the other and none of my nails are shaped at all. When she was me looking at my nails she even said the other lady messed up. No one bothered to fix it. Believe the reviews! RUDE RUDE RUDE! I saw the reviews and thought I'd give them a chance since they were so close to my house. Went in the shop with 1 hour and 15 min before they closed. Lookin for my 9 year old to get a simple polish change on her toes before her first day of school (not a full pedicure).... even with 4-5 employees standing around chatting and goofing off... they told me they were too busy and couldn't do a simple toe polish change. I saw 1 other customer in the shop! Unbelievable. With the reviews, it'll be a matter of time before they are closed down. read more

Do not go here!! I would leave no stars if I could. I had a pedicure at this place about 1.5 months ago and the nail tech cut me deep in my cuticle bed. A week later I woke up with a swollen, red infected toe. I've been to the doctor 4 times, have been on 3 heavy duty antibiotics and just got home from a surgical podiatrist who had to remove a portion of my toenail. He could see where she cut me and the toenail was growing into that area and keeping it infected. This has cost me around $500 in copays and the cost of the procedure! The podiatrist said he actually sees this all the time from pedicures. There should be a warning label on the door!!! read more

I asked how long the wait was because I had the time and he said it again. Then he motioned for a woman to come from the back to tell me the same thing. Sadly today after going here for 5 years my neice had a fullset and was cut 7 times. YES 7 and had to pay full price!! The lady rushed off to eat her food. I had a fill and my nails were left thick and not shaped after three times asking. I gave up. So you have lost 3 customer's and I will no longer recommend you. Moving to Rockwall, trying to find a good salon and i think i just did :) The staff is nice and friendly. I came for a pedicure with my 4 year old daughter and we were both happy with the results. They have two cute pink bear chairs for children with massage. The salon is clean and neat. The utensils are sanitized and packed in plastic bags, and they use gloves too. I really enjoyed La Rose Pedicure, especially the massage part. It was pretty long and relaxing. Loved the hot stones massage. I pay a big attention to the details and I'm really satisfied with my pedicure. The lady did an awesome job with everything- the scrub, massage and the polish. My daughter has pretty small toenails and the lady that did hers didn't have an easy job but she nailed it! She even managed to put a little flower design on big toes. The prices are affordable too. I definitely recommend this place! I know I'll be coming back here :) read more

The past several times I have gone here, I ended up getting this one older lady, who has shoulder length straight hair, and glasses. And each single time I have gotten her, she was really rude towards me. I have an anxiety problem, so I tend to pick at my nails, which is something I really can't help. She looks at my nails, and would shake her head, and mutter, or say in an annoyed tone of voice, "Nails too short...too short", but continue working on them. Then she would rudely make a comment about how I have "too much cuticles". Yeah...well last time I've tried doing my own cuticles, I ended up cutting my skin by accident, so I have to have someone else do that for me. On this past Saturday, December 21,2014, I had asked for a pedicure, and that woman was there, and I kept praying and hoping that I wouldn't get her...and what happened? I ended up getting her. When she worked one me, she got agitated if I didn't move my foot to a certain position for her to work on it, and she got really REALLY agitated when she was putting on that wax on my feet.(I got the deluxe pedicure) When I got up to pay, I didn't even bother to add a tip the lady was so rude. Everyone else there is super friendly, but it seems like I got the worst of luck, always getting her which I don't know why. Okay. I'm getting off of my soap box now. I visited this salon a few months back for a mani/pedi and thought the quality of the services I received was less than mediocre. I had not planned to go back to the salon, but yesterday I stubbed my toe and broke my toenail halfway down the nail bed. I needed to have an acrylic overlay put on so that I didn't snag it on something and lose my whole toenail (plus it hurt!). I went back to this salon because it is the closest one to my house. There were two patrons waiting in the front for their services. I told the guy that worked there that I needed to have my broken toenail fixed, and he told me that they were too busy to help me. I clarified that I intended to wait my turn, and he laughed, shook his head, and said they were too busy, I completely understand that a nail repair is not an expensive service, but it is a service they provide according to their menu, and I felt his reaction was very rude and that it was extremely poor customer service for him to turn me away. If they are not willing to provide the service, it should be removed from their menu. read more
