8/22/25 - a beautiful day for brunch in an upscale venue. We've been here a few times, never disappointed. The menu has variety, so that everyone will find something to their liking. Service is professional, discreet, and prompt. Maybe it's the white jackets that the waitstaff wear that also helps the ambience. They also help keep the tables and chairs, clean and neat. There seems to be a lot of people who come there to schmooze, over a cup of coffee, plug-in and use the free WiFi.

Very bright, white, clean interior that is calming and chill. The seating is great for chit chatting as well as having a bite while working. You order at the back of the place and get a number and they bring food to your table. Everything here was subdued- music was perfect low and not distracting. I ordered the Cobb salad it was a lot of chicken. Great amount of protein sources and fiber. It was dressed a little heavier than I'd like. I didn't think to ask for light dressing. Ingredients were simple and good. I also grabbed a pitaschio white choc cookie. It was a little too sweet for me. I'd wouid have liked to have had the flavors shine over the sweet. All staff was attentive and professional

We enjoying coming here. You find people having their food. Others eating and working, I even see two guys playing chess. As always I enjoy the prosciutto di Parma. It has prosciutto, arugula. Tomato in a pesto spread.

Beautifully designed, open, great atmosphere, great service, and the food looks even better, fresh, clean eating! If you'd like to try a Tiramisu Cheesecake, head over there - I don't even see it on their menu. They have free WiFi!

Really a 1.5 star... im being generous When we walked in I thought wow I really like the vibe and the place was packed. The good review stops there... We both ordered the quiche... it was so bad. Im pretty sure it was microwaved back to what was supposed to be hot, however it was only hot in some places most of it was room temp. The prosciutto in it tasted like bad breath... we picked that out and the eggs were rubbery and tasted reheated. To be honest I didnt even eat the whole thing. I ordered what i think was the s'more latte. It was decent but it was room temperature, not even warm. My partner ordered a cappuccino which he also claimed to be Luke warm at best. I honestly just sat there hungry wondering how the place was so busy. All I can say is they must be a sucker for a good aesthetic, or no one else ordered the quiche

La Sorella is a beautiful café with a charming atmosphere and thoughtful design. The items we tried were fairly good -- fresh and nicely presented. What stood out most was the incredibly kind and welcoming staff, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I'd definitely try it again and look forward to sampling more from their menu!

We visited La Sorella for breakfast and were so impressed by our food and drinks, and we'll definitely be coming back! Highlights: - the matcha creamsicle latte? Heavenly - amazing egg sandwiches - absolutely luscious bread pudding We also loved the decor - it's this hybrid cafe chic x industrial situation, but it works! The space is light and airy while maintaining a sophisticated vibe. To top it all off, the staff was quite friendly, and they were very on top of cleaning off tables. Highly recommend this cafe - it's top tier all around.

OMG -- I am SO mad. La Sorella is awesome. And I need to say that it's awesome -- and yet, it means more people will come and I will need to wait longer to get their awesome food. That's why I'm mad. Seriously -- I rarely give five stars on a first visit; I usually start with four, reserving the fifth, if earned, for my next trip. But I have to give them five stars. The location, the ambiance (it used to be a yoga studio, so there's a lot of good energy in there already!) -- and the hybrid of casual and table service. You go up and order whatever you might be eating or drinking (there's a small fridge for sodas and other cold drinks), and you're given a number. Then you go sit at your table, and someone in a lovely, slightly-too-big-for-them waitperson's jacket brings over your food. I had the special sandwich -- a BLTA on toasted multigrain bread. So. Freakin'. Good. Fresh ingredients, really high quality bacon (I'm not a big bacon eater, but this was excellent). The sandwich came with a side of greens with a really bright citrus vinaigrette. La Sorella also has a few shelves of Italian goods -- pasta, olive oil, balsamic -- so be sure to look around when you're at the cash register. See you soon -- and frequently!

Excellence service from the team. The cinnamon monkey bread was delicious and I enjoyed a drip coffee with it. If I'm ever back in town I will certainly be back to this fine establishment. Beautifully decorated restaurant.

La Sorella is a cozy gathering place in the heart of Fishkill, NY where both young and old dine in splendid surroundings amid a friendly ambience. It came along at just the right time, and since it opened over a year ago its popularity has soared. Along with the breakfast pastries and soup and salad lunch items, there are now handcrafted bar drinks available. As Brigham Young said when he came upon the valleys of the New Zion, "This is the place."

This was our first time here. Located on Route 52 in Fishkill. Large parking lot for the entire plaza. Large space for the restaurant. Very bright and clean ambience. Friendly staff. Delicious baked goods. Very delicious and chocolatey hot chocolate. We tried the chocolate croissant and monkey bread which were good; definitely be sure to specify if you want them warmed up tho. The quiche was good too.

Beautiful night out in Hudson Valley and parked right in front. Beautiful looking restaurant with one person eating at the bar and four tables eating inside. The menu looks solid. Both of them actually because FtT has a seasonal menu AND a full length daily menu (that's a lot of food and skill...think they can pull it off?). Once we put in orders, and inform our server it's a birthday celebration. Every further interaction with my server starts with "I'm sorry but..." - drinks come out two by two and one by one because the bartender is busy - apps come out an HOUR later (this place is half dead) because "the kitchen never got it" - the first bottle of wine I order is unavailable. As is the second. The third bottle of nice white wine comes out along with a glass of ice (??) because the bottle was never refrigerated and, I guess we are supposed to put ice cubes in our wine?? "I'm sorry but no one put wine in the refrigerator." I tell her to bring me what they have that is cold and I'll pick... - the entrees come out and you know you have chosen poorly. The lobster roll was almost frozen lobster on a soggy piece of Wonder bread, both people who got muscles got four deep, spit half of them out and were advised by us NOT TO EAT anymore. That nuked the seafood soup which had a funny smell after a few bites. My lump crab pasta had a pound of cheese on the top rendering all crab into globs of parm. - after inspecting the table not pleased and kind of picking at their food or not eating it at all, our waitress apologizes yet again...and gives me the full check. - no dessert here, or complimentary dessert (not offered), we all basically escaped...and $500 lighter

Most of them are the same and consistently is a good thing. You know what you're getting every time. There are rocking chairs outside with a giant checkers board as well. Our waitress, Hope, was very sweet and took our order promptly. After waiting about 30 minutes, we asked about our order. Hope explained that a bus had arrived and that the kitchen had been overwhelmed. We hadn't seen a bus or an unusually large number of customers, but she kindly offered us some biscuits while we waited. The biscuits were delicious, although we hadn't wanted to fill up on bread before our meal. When our food finally arrived, my companion's meatloaf was cold, so he had to send it back to be reheated. I had ordered French toast, but pancakes arrived instead. Hope checked her order pad, confirmed that I had indeed ordered French toast, and offered to take the pancakes back. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. Within about two minutes, she returned with what was supposed to be French toast. It looked like slices of bread that had been hastily dipped in egg and barely cooked. The slices were white rather than the golden-brown color you would expect from properly prepared French toast. I tried a piece, and it essentially tasted like bread. It was so undercooked that I called it "raw French toast." When Hope came back to check on us, I told her that the French toast was inedible. Her response was simply to ask if we wanted the check. When we went to pay our tab, the cashier asked if we had been happy with our meal. I took the opportunity to say no, and she called over the manager. I briefly explained my disappointment and the manager promptly offered to remove the cost of my meal from the bill. That was satisfactory but I didn't get the feeling that she was going to talk to the cook about the fact that such horrible food should never have left the kitchen to begin with. Was she going to try to improve the service for the next customer? I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I appreciated Hope's pleasant attitude but waiting roughly 30 minutes for our food, receiving cold meatloaf, and then being served essentially uncooked French toast is not an acceptable dining experience. What was especially disappointing was that there didn't seem to be any real attempt to correct the problem once I explained that my meal was inedible. I left hungry and disappointed and probably won't eat French toast again for the rest of my life!
