We were in a rush because we were moving Ryan and Rodger bent over backwards to make sure that we would get everything done. When we found odd shaped speakers in the trunk, they got them here in time for install, and installed them free of charge. When the fedex truck delayed the order , Ryan ran and picked them up from the truck. Quality, honest, and they really care. Don't waste your time anywhere else. They really bend over backwards here. Awesome service starts with integrity. Before visiting LA Stereo I had been to no less than five shops and each place that I had visited to seek a quote gave me an almost scripted dialogue of what they thought I needed. Needless to say, almost every other shop insisted that I needed at least a 12 inch subwoofer in either a massive sealed or ported enclosure with an excessively powerful monoblock amp. Ryan took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I was looking to add some bass to my Lexus IS 250 while maintaining as much trunk space as possible. I wanted to hear the lower frequencies on certain electronic and jazz tracks that I favored. Ryan took one look at the trunk and came up with a game plan. He selected a slim wedge enclosure and a reasonable 10 inch sub and amp combo. I asked for tight, clean bass and the resulting install was exactly as I'd hoped for. A few hours later I was presented with a clean car. I took a few minutes to listen to the system. I sat with the installer and isolated a few rattles and watched as he tucked in some wires. I left with a smile on my face and my system dialed in exactly how I wanted. Ryan and his team didn't just provide service, they were genuinely hospitable. It is advertised the MOST cars and MOST trucks are priced at $80. I spoke to Ryan via messenger and asked how much for a JL Rubicon (Jeep) with a TOTAL of 8 windows. Mind you... Two less windows than a 4 door truck and a 4 door sedan. His response was that it would cost me $140 because of my Jeep having 11 windows. As soon as I called him out on his so-called knowledge on vehicles and began to doubt his knowledge. I decided to take my business elsewhere. This so-called manager then "deleted' and blocked me. Perfect. 2nd visit; Got tint installed. 5% back 5 windows and 20% in the front 4. Best price around for quality tint with lifetime warranty. 3rd Visit; came in to a garage packed full of cars being worked on. Wasn't expecting to actually my car worked on. Within 10 minutes of being there, Ryan got my car started on the install of 4 Infinity Primus speakers and 2 tweeters. Done in 2 hours. Couldn't be happier. I came to LA Stereo because of the reviews. I was instantly impressed with the Ryans friendliness and willingness to help. The store was stocked with many choices of speakers, amps and sub woofers. I asked about adding a subwoofer to my truck and Ryan asked me what music I liked to listen to and told me the system he would recommend. It was a little more than I was planning on spending, but based on Ryan's knowledge and excitement on what it would sound like, I had to do it. He scheduled me for the next day and when I came in he was just as friendly. They installed 2 12" Rockford Fosgate Subs underneath the back seat and they fit perfectly. Messaged Ryan through Yelp and he replied promptly even during the holiday. Had purchased a few things for my wife's car on Black Friday that I needed expertly installed but I didn't have time to do myself. His reasonable quote and positive Yelp reviews convinced me to try L.A. Stereo out. Made an appointment and headed over once all my gear arrived. Was greeted promptly by Ryan the day of the appointment and he immediately got my car in and going. He was careful enough to make sure I had the correct accessories for his shop to install everything and gave me the final pricing beforehand and stated that I paid only after the service was finished. Was told it would take about 3 hours to finish so after 4 hours I gave them a call and they told me they were almost done. Not a big deal for me since I wasn't in a rush and wanted them to do a good job. Headed back in and Ryan showed me the new features of the installed stereo and the accessories. I took my CRV new car to LA Stereo this morning to have the car dash cam hardwired as the previous tech guy did not do a good job hardwiring the dash cam in my car. I am impressed with the service Ryan the owner gave. He told me this would be done within 2 hours. However, less than a hour later, my car is ready and the dash cam is working well. Ryan also said there would be no problem with the dash cam anymore and if there is any problem with this, there is also a lifetime guaranty to the installation done. That really impressed me. His tech guys Lester and Danny also did a marvelous job getting my car ready before the time frame specified. Big shout out to both of them. I would recommend LA Stereo for anyone in need of installing car dash cam and other audio accessories. I will definitely look for them for my next car accessories installation. LA Stereo is AMAZING. I walked in totally clueless, just knowing that I wanted to upgrade the sound system in my Jeep Wrangler. I was greeted by Ryan and he was ridiculously helpful - he answered my millions of questions and even brought a sample subwoofer out to my car to show me exactly where it would sit and how much space it would take up. They were able to get my new sound system installed the VERY SAME DAY, which is incredible - I had a wedding I needed to be at in the evening, but Ryan assured me it would all be done by 3pm and it sure was!!!! They even took special care during installation to make sure everything would transfer smoothly when I purchase a new Jeep (I rack up the miles on my cars FAST). I brought my truck into have an aftermarket stereo installed, speakers and a reverse camera. Everyone was super nice. However, I have a terrible hum when they were done. I was told the reason I have a hum is because the stock amp is blown. It wasn't blown when I brought it in and now it is. They told me to buy a amp and it will take care of the hum. I bought the amp and installed it myself (2 plugs). Still a hum. $1000 later and my audio is worse then the stock setup. Super disappointed with the hum and the 8 hours spent waiting for a "few hour job". I called a month ago and no one answered. read more

Was recommended to come here after my buddies shop told me these guys were where its at in the Vegas area if you need audio work done. Went in to get a full system done ( door speakers, tweeters, subs, etc..)and was told by Ryan that I did not really need to do doors speakers and that we could install another part that'll give me what I'm looking for, but saving a HUGE amount as well. I had LA Stereo install a dash-cam and they did a decent job but they made three mistakes that I didn't notice until I got home. First, the rear dashcam wasn't connected correctly. They plugged it into the wrong input port. Second, the rear dash cam was installed UPSIDE DOWN. I had to tear it off of the adhesive mount and re-mount it. Hopefully, it will stay in place and not need a new mount. Third, they had to drill a hole for a wire, which is fine but they left debris all over my clean car. I'd still recommend them, but check their work before you leave. These were minor issues but for the money they charge for installs, I expected the job to be right the first time. read more

I went in because they had an a special for window tinting that was suuuper cheap. I arrived and the guy let me know that the better quality was gonna be more. They couldn't fit me in the day that i went in but the guy who did the tinting was willing to come in on his day off to do the job for me. I hadn't realized that my current tinting in my car was a problem and they took it off and redid it at no extra charge since i had already paid the deposit.
