Wow. Kevin is the best! He saves everything! I had taken a macbook pro 15' to a shop on Pico which was convenient for me, the guy put the battery in and then when I went to start it up at home, the mouse pad wasn't working! Argh. I tried to text the shop and the guy didn't respond. Being that I had already had bad luck, I decided to go somewhere else to fix it. I called around a few places, they all were saying things were wrong with my computer which had nothing wrong with it till the battery was replaced!? One said my battery was swollen ( It was a brand new battery) another said that it would take 4 days and anyway.. needless to say it was stressful as I needed to send the mac to someone that afternoon. Well -- I went on Craigslist and Kevin had his business on there. I texted him and he was very cool. Went up to Reseda hoping for the best. First off, Kevin is like talking to a therapist. I had one Kivash from way back 2009 when he first started this business from his home. Even before he started a small kiosk in the corner of Reseda. I had even recommended all of my friends to go to him for all of their problems with their cellphones. None o them were not happy with the effective and quality. Hey there . Had to work with L.A tech over the iPhone 6s I have that went swimming . Kevin is fantastic . Resurrected the phone for an excellent price . Replace the screen and battery and clean the mother boards cheeper than any other place I've checked . A month and a half later had a problem with the battery draining rapidly . He replaced it no questions asked for free . Then he checked the phone again after few days as the problem persisted and concluded that actually the cheap charger I used caused a circuit to burn and that's why even the new battery drained rapidly . He fixed it again free of charge and loaned me a new phone for use while mine was being fixed . This outfit is fantastic . Honest , quick and great with dealing with issues that most stores won't . I called around to get prices from multiple places and this happened to be the cheapest for a screen & LCD replacement. I was told $60 over the phone for a replacement screen for an iphone5. My mistake that I didn't clarify I had an iPhone 5s. When I got there the guy said it was a $10 difference which I did not mind. He was very nice and friendly. He even offered to change the color of the front of my screen for the same price! Unfortunately his boss had left with the key, but he was very nice the entire time we were there so I didn't mind. A man (the owner of "iphone doctor") came in cursing at the guy for charging too cheap (iPhone doctor charged $85). I felt very uncomfortable with all the yelling and cursing from him. It was disrespectful and rude so I told him he was being unprofessional and that he needed to wait for us to leave. He continued yelling at the worker telling him that he (the man yelling) will ruin him and destroy his business. Meanwhile the worker continued to smile at us while he added a FREE screen protector for me! And to top it all off it was a tempered glass screen protector! 3 MONTH WARRANTY, quick, great service and very reasonable pricing!! I definitely recommend this place!!
