La Terraza at @TorresAlegre is nothing short of spectacular, and a wonderful new addition to the great foodie options in the Guadalupe Valley wine country near Ensenada. New eateries often have a few challenges when first opened, but La Terraza appears to be running on all cylinders on day #4. We enjoyed several items from the farm-to-table menu: fresh oysters on the shell, grilled eggplant, an incredible quesadilla with portobello mushrooms, and a fantastic pasta featuring bolognese mixed with freshly picked vegetables. In addition to the food, what makes the experience unforgettable are the breathtaking 360 degree views of the wine country, great tasting wines, perfect service, and one of the friendliest and engaging group of proprietors I've ever met. It's a must visit spot!

This place is a must. It took us awhile to find this spot, but when we did, it was worth the hunt. There is beautiful 360 views of the valley with a small French food truck that parks outside. We came with only 30-40 minutes left until it closed, but we had enough time for a bottle of wine and a few crepes. The crepes were one of the best crepes I've had. Between five girls we split three crepes. They said they were busier than usual and ran out of most things (savory) but still had plenty of sweet ingredients to make us crepes. My favorite was the banana and nutella - OH MY. So, so good. So, what wasn't there to like? Fresh crepes, delicious wine, and laughter. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I know most people talk about the food, so you can catch up on that in the other reviews but damn the wines they had on offer and the mezcal was damn amazing. I had the eclipse wine and for those wanting something fruit forward, this is it! I can't remember the mescal I had, but they offered it with fried crickets and orange slices!

The setting alone is worth the visit wide open views, rustic-modern design, and so many photo worthy spots you'll find yourself snapping pictures all throughout your visit. Whether it's the hillside views, the outdoor seating, or the golden hour lighting, this place is made for unforgettable moments. Now the food... incredible. Th ecachete is packed with flavor and cooked perfectly, and the pulpo is hands down one of the best I've had tender, smoky, and seasoned just right. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared and elevated without losing that Baja charm. The drinks also deserve a shoutout great mixed drinks that are refreshing, well-balanced, and perfect to sip while taking in the views. Overall, Finca Altozano delivers on all fronts: amazing food, killer drinks, and a beautiful atmosphere with plenty of photo ops. Definitely a 5-star experience and a spot I'll keep coming back to

Tucked into the Bruma wine resort, this place lives up to every bit of its acclaim. YOU CAN BELIEVE THE HYPE. ILL ALLOW IT THIS ONE TIME CABRONES It's tucked right into the wine resort in Valle de Guadalupe, and from the moment you arrive, you can tell this isn't your typical dinner spot. One thing worth mentioning: the seating is communal, dining hall-style, so you'll likely be sharing a table with strangers. I know that's not for everyone, but honestly, it added to the charm for me. There's a relaxed, social energy to the whole place that fits the vibe of the valley. While you wait for your table, there's a beautiful little garden to wander through, plus no shortage of picture-perfect spots around the property. The views out over the winery and valley are genuinely breathtaking -- worth showing up early just to soak it in. Food-wise, I've done both the tasting menu and à la carte on separate visits, and both were exquisite. If I'm being honest, the tasting menu edges out slightly -- it's a full journey through what the kitchen does best, and every course felt thoughtful and precise. À la carte is a great option too if you want more control over your meal, but for a first visit, go with the tasting menu. Negatives: Other than this one server being a bit of a pinche mamon I don't have anything foul to say about this establishment. I also won't mention their name because I'm not a culero (something that individual should adopt himself, ubícate wey) makes no sense to not be welcoming and / or professional at an establishment like this. Not a good look dude. Anyways, Grab a glass of local wine or equally magnificent local cerveza, enjoy the scenery, and settle in: this is one of the best meals you'll have in not just Baja but literally in all of Latin America.

They had really cool bathroom sink that looked hand crafted. The service was so good that I couldn't set anything down without them coming over- they were just watching us. We shared the tasting menu which I highly recommend- there were so many amazing things, but the squid ink scallops were one of my fave. Very seafood heavy with oysters. We also got pork cutlet entree to share and it was delicious. I would love yo go back. It was a little pricey for Mexico, but well worth it!

So my experience is based on my limited exposure to this type of dining. The ambiance is very cool, outdoor in the middle of vineyard. We were there in late July, so it was a little warm but bearable. The staff were professional and very attentive, we enjoyed a variety of menu items to really explore the menu. We had the oysters, the pig, the cod, and the ribeye. Everything was delicious, we tasted a variety of wines for which i do not remember the names, but they were primarily from the neighboring winery. Overall I was pleased and I would return again, but maybe after I have saved some more money LOL.

We received an appetizer for the table from the chef to start off our feast. The Blood Clam aguachiles were amazing and a must order. It is not your typical agauachiles. The clams were chopped up with made it a perfect dish to share for all of us. It was excellent. We moved on to a very delicious salad that was not on the menu but we asked for a house salad that we can all share. It was packed with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, beets and radishes. We moved on to our main course and the ribe eye was seasoned and cooked to perfection, enough to share for about 4 people. We ordered 2 but we could have easily had just 1. The oven roasted Curvina with vegetables as also very tasty. It was not my favorite but when you have rib eye cooked the way it was, we didn't need the fish. We topped off the night with dessert a frambuesa with vanilla ice cream.
