When I got home, I reviewed the check because it seemed a little high and realized the tip portion isn't preprinted on the receipt like most restaurants and it was built into the total price. So, I basically left over a 40 percent tip, I should have analyzed the receipt better before paying (this is something to keep in mind). The shrimp appetizer was slightly overcooked and mealy, and the special broiled red snapper was similarly dry.
