Wanted to give this place a try cause I saw that they sell chicharron & the other reviews were positive. So they have their own parking lot so that's a plus. And it's a super market/mini restaurant. They have tables & chairs if you wanna eat there. The staff is really nice too! So for food we got 2 tortas de asada & 2 aguas de piña & Jamaica. The waters were delicious & the tortas (in my opinion small but every place is like that lol) were good as well. Meat is nice & thin with good flavor. Also bought a piece of chicharron just to try it. It wasn't as fresh as I would have liked but still good. Will definitely come back and try the other food items and get more aguas frescas. read more

I found this place on TikTok, so I had to try! Since moving from LA to Fontana like 3 yrs ago I'm still trying not discover good places to eat out here and this place does NOT disappoint ! Service was good people were friendly and welcoming! I bought a torta de al Pastor and a plate of chile verde for my husband and both were delicious! Restaurant food quality! Meat is very good here, I always buy the ranchera flap meat and it's always soft and marinaded very well. Ask for chicken fillet and have them marinade the chicken, it will make very good meal prep food. Overall the food is great, the tacos are amazing and great salsa. I love buying my Mexican products here. The place can be a bit cleaner but overall its a decent store, prices on some items are higher than regular market. read more

Best tacos I have ever had!!!!! Always have to stop by when I'm in Fontana. They use to be a dollar but now they're 1.49 Monday-Thursday. Still pretty fuego though! The salsas are delicious and just the right consistency. I've tried quite a lot of taco spots and no one does carnitas tacos like La Tricolor. Pair it with a Mexican coke and you're set! read more

I was getting my tires done down the street and walked here ..i was a little hesitant before entering because it looks a bit shady but saw it had an A rating. I was greeted immediately by a very nice worker and i looked around and it was very clean and smelled great. I ordered the pastor torta and horchata and both items were delicious. This place has BOMB asada! I am not a fan of asada from larger markets such as Cardenas, El Super, Rio Ranch, etc...just because i dont taste the LOVE that should be put into it.
