What falls short for me is the ice cream - I had the razzle dazzle which is a raspberry cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker cookies and while the cookies were fresh and tasted awesome, the ice cream itself didn't have much of a taste. I also got a small banana pudding cup on the side and again, not much flavor to the ice cream. I think maybe next time I'd sample the ice cream flavors most alluring before putting it in a sandwich, or just getting the cookies. The staff was nice and worked incredibly quickly!

The mango shaved ice was even better than expected. It was ginormous and I was full from dinner, but did a pretty good job eating most of it because it was too delicious to stop. Loved their menu as well. Although their mini cakes and other treats appealed to me as well, I opted to try their Taro Shaved Ice (they had 2 other flavors as well...think Mango and Mocha?). Well, their Taro Shaved Ice was PERFECT!!! The shaved ice was nice and dry, and the toppings (Boba, Lychee jelly, and Strawberries...even whipped cream on top) were generous and delicious! LOVED the place...and I can't wait to return! My husband will absolutely loved their version of Shaved Ice...What a treat to come!

The issue isn't closing early once -- it's having inconsistent hours across multiple platforms and then showing zero concern for the customer inconvenience (no apology, no attempt to help, no sign or clear communication). If winter hours are different, update them everywhere and reflect them at the door. As-is, customers can waste a trip even when they arrive before the posted closing time.
