Last time I came in to get my car washed, I received a spray wax upgrade to try out. Looked amazing.

I have not been to this place for a few years now since I moved from the area, I don't know what happened, but this place used to do a really good job.. I noticed the girl vacuuming just went through it extremely quick, but I didn't say anything in the moment, I wanted to let them do their job - when my truck made it to the drying portion I stepped inside so I can take a look and requested the vehicle get vacuumed a bit more - mind you I'm not that picky and I know this is not a full detail service, but it just seemed very half assed. When I asked for the vacuum, the manager/supervisor did not even bother to take a look at what I meant. He just said yeah ok we will vacuum it again - once the drying was done. The final guy at the end said yeah we vacuumed it again, but I failed to triple check if it was done, taking his word for it.. It did not get re-vacuumed nor did they even bother to wipe the rearview mirror as you can see in the photo. I should not have tipped for this work. Very sloppy. Will not be coming here again... My husband and I took our tundra and sequoia to get washed today. My husband gets a hand wash while I get the executive wash. Got home and started looking at my sequoia and it looks like crap. Well, I decided to give this place a chance after two bad reviews. I finally went back today, May 23rd. I said no tire shine on my truck cause I don't like it on my off-road tires and what did they do once again they sprayed that garbage on my tires. My wife came in 10 minutes after me in her brand new Toyota Sequoia, bird poop still on the roof rack, which is clearly visible and fingerprints on the door, which are clearly visible. I am absolutely done with this place finally and I know I'm gonna get a generic response, I'm so disheartened to hear this blah blah blah. Done deal dude. Paid 49 bucks to get pissed off. Took my 2000 4Runner to the La Verne Car Wash for exterior detail, paint correction, polish and wax. The "after" pictures I uploaded don't reflect the enormity of the job. Caesar and crew revitalized the ORIGINAL finish of this 25 year-old vehicle that had NEVER been detailed. The finish had significant amounts of MOLD EMBEDDED all over the surface due to lengthy storage in a non-waterproof car cover. I had previously attempted to remove the discoloration with polishing compound and a hand-held pad. It was clear a more aggressive process was needed. This project was definitely not cheap or fast (I left the car there all day). The service wasn't even on their "menu." But based on the results, I feel it was definitely worth it. Do not bring your car here to be washed! I come here once a week for gas, once every two weeks for a wash. Last time i went there for a wash that was $22 my car went in perfect and came out a mess. These guys! Well, really This Guy! I spent $41 for a car wash with a tip to make it about $47. So I get to my car I realized the inside is completely dirty and dusty still so I asked the guy for a rag to wipe it down. There was no problem. I get to my backseat and realize they're still a big mess back there so I asked the guy for a spray bottle. He grabs a manager.(I did not ask for a manager) So I asked the manager for a spray bottle. He walks me to my car looks at my dirty seat and tells me I did not pay for that service they have special services for that. I went to get my truck washed today? I've never had it washed. I've put 500 miles on it. Brand new. Two chips on my paint on the side right about where I saw a 5 foot guy on a stool leaning way over(basically laying on the truck )to try to get the center of the hood and the top of the truck they claim they don't wear belts, but the button on their pants or the zipper scratched the paint. Got a free car wash coupon in the mail so decided to try this place out despite some negative reviews. Came on a Monday morning and was in and out in 20 min! Got the exterior wash (originally $25 without my coupon) and I thought they did a great job wiping the inside and outside thoroughly. Definitely did a better job than the car wash place I used to go to before I moved. I would say it's not cheap but I think the price is pretty standard in the area. I brought my car in on Monday. I had just got back from a road trip so it was extra dirty and splattered with bugs, etc. This is only the second time I had been there so I wasn't aware that if you don't hear them honk, they simply pull your car outside. I waited at least 45 minutes longer than I needed to but now I understand their process. Since they have a restaurant inside, I'm sure there are many people that don't get their car right away and since this is such a big place there is room to move cars around. Every other car wash I have been to is in your face until you come and get it. I have to say, during that 45 minutes I saw how hard these guys work. I was very impressed! One reason I didn't hear the horn or see my car leave was because they pulled 3 HUGE trucks into the row between me and my car - a total blockage of sight. But that's when I observed their work ethic - it was amazing and they have to work at that pace all day long!! I was still a little cranky on Tuesday and saw there were a couple things missed on my interior so I decided to go back and have them finish the job. The manager Luis was exceptional. He was SO nice and really listened to my frustration and finished the clean up himself. I get that things can be missed but it's really special when they handle issues like Luis did. Everyone needs a manager like him. And I have to say, the exterior was spotless - I have never had it so clean!!! (That's why I didn't notice the interior at first.) Been here about 40 times, over several years. Never again, after what just happened about an hour ago. After my car was washed, I went to get inside and immediately noticed a hole in my driver's seat's leather. Twenty minutes ago, when I left them with the key-fob, it wasn't there. And my seats have never had a hole/tear before. Anyway, told an employee that I was 100% sure that 1 of the 2 guys who I saw drive it must have accidentally done it. Immediately, he tells me there's no way either of them did it and was not open to the idea unless I SAW it. I don't know how it'd be possible for me to SEE this happen (under his a$$). So I took my car to get the Presidential wash. When they "finish" going through and putting the dressing and wiping the car down, I point out places where there are spots and ask them to fix them. Before I can even finish looking through it and getting myself situated the works is asking me for the voucher. He tells me we are really busy and dismisses me. Walks away. The car was still dirty...a lot visible spots were dirty, even the inside door panels are visibly dirty. Now, were they busy, I have seen other places more busy that do a better job. I am always able to get a free car wash here when I get my oil changed. They always do a very good job but they don't do the interior when it's free, you have to pay an extra $12-$14 to do that. I came here for car wash today. I saw the attached price list right in front of me when an attendant came to ask me what kind of service I would like. I replied " VIP". Then the attendant gave me a ticket and asked me to bring the ticket to the cashier. I expected to pay $16.95 but to my surprise I was charged $22.95 instead. I asked the cashier why and was told that $22.95 was the price for VIP service. I showed her the photo and she said there were two types of VIP service. $16.95 was for exterior only and $22.95 was for full service. I said I just wanted exterior only, but they insisted that I had ordered full service. I was angry because I could only see one type of VIP service when I ordered and they forced me to pay for something I had not known about. I have been a regular customer at this car wash for about 4 years. They usually do good work. When I drove in recently to get a wash I asked for the Executive package. The attendant then asked if I wanted a hand wash. I declined. After my car had been washed and wiped down, the man doing that worked motioned that my vehicle was done. Walking up to my vehicle I could see there was some stuff still stuck to my car. I am not a stickler for having an immaculate car, but in the past if I saw something I would tell the worker and he would clean the dirty spots. This time the man motioned to his supervisor to come over. The supervisor then proceeded to tell me that my car would not get very clean unless I got the hand wash. He said that the attendant told me that I needed a hand wash due to how dirty my car was, which was a lie. They always ask if I want a hand wash. I told the supervisor this was not true and he started arguing with me about it. My car was also not very dirty. He was adamant that it was very dirty, even though he didn't see it before it was washed. He kept arguing with me. I told him I have never had such terrible service there and I would not be coming back. He then lightened up slightly and said he would have an attendant wipe down my car. It was nice that he did that but I had to put up with his bad attitude and argue with him to get it done the way it should have been done in the first place. They lost a customer. I didn't check their ratings on Yelp until I decided to write this review but I wasn't surprised that they get 2 stars. read more

They do a horrible job when they wash your car, it's almost as if I paid for half a car wash. Really bad customer service! They took forever to clean the car! If you have lived in this area for a while you would probably agree with me. It's way overpriced! They literally charge $99 just just to add armor all on the inside of the car. That's ridiculous. Didn't feel like driving far so decided to give this car wash a try even with the bad reviews. Took about an hour from vacuum to drying. They are short on staff so most of the cars were just sitting there. Paid $20 for the vip package and you still see dirt and spots all over the car. Whatever they used to wipe down the interior leather made it all sticky. You see dry stains in the interior dash, windows and the front fender even had the wax still on. The seats were still dirty after wiping it down. The rim were still dirty and they barely put any tire armor on. I could have went to the drive through car wash for cheaper and get the same results. Rude and incompetent employees in the front office. The car wash itself is good, but the ticket writer and the cashier are INCOMPETENT!!! I received a coupon for a car wash. I go to the cashier to pay and they say I need to go back to the ticket writes to "validate" the coupon. I asked them why I had to do that and they said it's policy. So I go to the ticket writer and ask him to validate the coupon and he does. I then tell him that there should be a sign regarding getting tickets "validated". He responds by saying, "there's a sign in the hallway". I said, "...by that time I'm past the ticket writing area and already inside the store". He's says, "he'll bring it up to the manager". I fall in line all over again and I tell the cashier there should be a sign and she says, "if you want I can give you my managers phone number, we can't put up signs". Well when this inconvenience just lost them a customer. This is the sign is at the end of the hallway. What good is that? They do pretty good on car wash besides drying but even that, we accidentally left an expensive laptop in the car not knowing it was in there. We later check to see if it was still there and it's completely gone. Last place we took it too was the car wash. Someone must have definitely stolen it, especially when the laptop is completely turned off so none of us can track it. read more

And they didn't even wipe down the inside of the vehicle they said to me that all they do is a light dusting which is not considered a car wash. They didn't vacuum the vehicle.
