Subpar at best. The quality of work obviously depends on who you see. My biggest gripe is their urge for cash payments. Trust me, I get it. If I could be paid in cash I would like it too. But to haggle your paying customers and make statements like, "you can go next door and buy something and get cash back" just so you can get same day pay is quite insane. When I refused to get cash back the man asked if I can pay with cashapp. I told him, "I have money in my bank account and I'm trying to give it to you, do you not want my payment?" Of course they took the payment then. Truthfully I would rather go elsewhere than be treated like my card is not good enough. My manicure came out very nice though. The woman that did my pedicure had the drill up so high on my thin toenails that she definitely damaged the nail. read more

Tammy is the only one to see for nails, pedicures are ok they are clean and well maintained, my complaint is with the older lady is not very good at nails or polish I've had her do both not today just in the past. I love this nail salon. Susan is my go to girl every time. She does an amazing job & I couldn't be happier. The salon itself is also pretty great. The entire staff is friendly, & welcoming. They prefer cash, or Venmo, which isn't a big deal. They follow all the social distancing stuff. I've only had personal experience w Susan & the one male that works there. He will sometimes prep my nails if Susan is still w her previous client. He's shaped my nails for me as well & did an excellent job. I don't think she ever looked at my face or said anything, except when my son needed to find the bathroom. She would yank, push or pull my feet around to where she wanted them. Even when she cut too deep and I pulled away, yelping a bit in pain, there was no apology or acknowledgement. She just grabbed my foot and yanked it back again. So strange. I wanted black fingernails and toes to match I wanted Stiletto style nails Nothing fancy. Once I've seen the gentleman doing my nails had no idea what the style was I just advised I will keep the coffin shape that I have. He did my feel then some other lady finished up with the paint job and filing when I asked her to file them more narrow she told me she already did when I told her that I wanted them filed more she got an attitude. Went to this nail salon yesterday because my regular place is closed for renovation. I got a gel mani on my natural nails. I had 3 broken nails that needed to have acrylics applied to even them out with the others. When I called to make an appointment the day before, the gentleman on the phone took note of all this, which impressed me. Upon arrival they seated me immediately and got to work on my nails. I was happy that, on my natural nails, Lena applied the gel without using the electric file. However, I could tell she wasn't experienced in acrylic. She glued on the tips, but Susan applied the acrylic on my 3 nails in need. Lena then shaped and painted them. When I got home, I felt that the acrylic nails were, for lack of a better word, clunky. They were thick and somewhat misshapen. One was also much shorter than all my other nails. I returned today, without an appointment, and Susan quickly fixed the 3 acrylic nails. She shaved them down, so the acrylic was not so thick, and even used acrylic to add length to the nail that had been trimmed too short. Found this place through yelp on my search for a new nail salon by my new house. So glad I found this place. Its a smaller place and they seem to get busy so either make an appointment or be flexible on possible wait times. They told me 20-30 mins, which was fine, I went to run an errand and as soon as I got back, they sat me right down. All the staff was friendly. They keep their sanitizer boxes up front so you know the tools are cleaned. mani gel colors to choose from and all labeled by the brand as well. (which is really nice if you like one type of gel brand over the other) I got a gel mani which included arm/hand massage and the deluxe pedi which included oranges and rose petals in the foot soak, sugar scrub, paraffin wax, hot oil, hot rock massage. During the mani, the tech did a nail then made sure I liked the color. She was very detail oriented and cleaned up the nails as she went along. Mani First and then moved me over to the pedi chairs. Which is nice because I hate getting my nails done and reaching awkwardly across while I sit in the pedi chair. I had a different tech for the pedi and she did a great job, really relaxing $60 for gel mani and the deluxe pedi. Will definitely go back read more

Found this place on Yelp. Needed a pedi. It's nice inside, has nice tall ceilings which makes it feel very big and not stuffy. Lahm (sp.?), did my pedicure. I did the best one at $45. She did a really good job, took her time to make sure everything was trimmed and smooth, kept asking how I was and making sure I was comfortable. Truly the best pedicure in a very long time. She was very careful with the polish too. The Manicure was a last minute add on. I wasn't going to because I keep them trimmed myself and nails are too soft for polish that won't chip off in a few hours. But I added the $15 dollar one because the moisturizing part sounded nice, they do the parafin wax too. The lady was an older lady, she was nice but seemed like she was in a hurry. She didn't make sure my nails were smooth so I have to do that myself when I get home. The massage was very fast and hard as well, it was not relaxing. So for the manicure I would give 2 stars. Well I have been here before but was dissatisfied with the pedicure I was given today. There was definitely a communication problem and it was frustrating to say the least. I left needing to have one toe nail fixed because they didn't have the time to fix it today. My heels are still rough and I feel like I was given half a pedicure.
