Had our hot water heater replaced in the camper last year and when scheduling the appt told them…read morewhy it broke and that we were new to the whole rv thing. The parts and service person wasn't very nice on the phone back then and still wasn't when we told them it happened again. Anyway when we picked up the camper new water heater installed no manual was given with it nor instruction on winterizing which I know isn't required but they freely gave after it happened again and was gonna cost another $800+ to fix. Never mind the first fix cost $1000 due to a pressure test blew a ring on the toilet which they fixed without us giving them the go ahead. Won't be taking it there for service again knowing it's our fault that it needed fixed again but the customer service was just shotty from the start. Only reason got 2 stars is because the guys fixing stuff were very nice when I talked to them about what happened.

Next day, no phone call, we called and got the owner involved, camper had been sold to someone else!
