The waiting room was full and there was a line out the door. I waited about 30 minutes till an open seat was available to wait inside as it was starting to warm up. We were told they were behind an hour so there was definitely going to be a wait. Everyone was getting impatient, myself included. Many people rescheduled and left but I waited it out. It took about an hour and a half wait from my arrival to be seen. Once I got called back, everything was quick and easy. This Chino location is the WORST Labcorp facility from front office staffing to environmental conditions. The place is small especially the waiting room is packed with people cramped inside not to mention, standing room only. It's outdated, unclean & unsanitary. Front desk staff looked miserable and unfriendly. Waited patiently outside the facility in the hope of getting called soon for my 7:15am appt. Got called in within 20 mins. While waiting outside with 7 other people also waiting, you can't even hear your name called out since there is no intercom or loudspeaker available. Phlebotomist was nice, the only thing positive and with effort around here. Please consider MOVING to a bigger, newer location to accommodate patients' needs efficiently. A Labcorp in Chino Hills sounds nice. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Trying to get an appointment online is impossible because nothing is ever available, so you are forced to do a walk-in. Be prepared to waste your entire day, I waited 3 hours just to get routine blood work done. To make matters worse, the facility itself is dirty. Make an appointment and make sure to check in using the QR code they emailed you NOT your drivers license. It looks like that'd be an equal option but if you don't check in using the QR code the system may treat you like a walk-in. Learned this the hard way. Also when you check in make sure to double check with the attendant that your check in went through. Don't rely on their automated system, it's crap. Luckily the attendant was very accommodating and pushed me to front of the line when I explained that I had checked in with my drivers license instead of the QR code and was thus being given a 2+ hr wait time. Had I not talked to the attendant my already 1.5 hr wait would have turned into a 3 hr ordeal based on the times the system was giving me. The attendant was very kind and understanding almost as if she knew how crappy their system was. She was the only redeeming part of the whole experience. The front desk were rude to many of us. 11:45 am came around and no call for my name even though they said they were going to call.I left at 12:15 without doing the blood work. With no appointment I waited around 40 minutes after showing up at the opening time. The staff here was very efficient in getting patients through and out the door. I highly recommend Vivian to draw your blood as she was able to do mine with no pain or bruising. I normally ask for a table to lay down and avoid passing out but with Vivian she's able to do mine in the chair and I feel great. I will be going back to this location in the future. read more

Parents of children, please read!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! The technician attempted to use a regular size needle on my 3-year-old daughter. When we requested a butterfly needle, she stated that they did not have any. We asked her to please look for one or check with her supervisor. When she left, she left the tourniquet on my daughter's arm for minutes before I realized it, at which point we removed it. When she came back, she stated that she had found a butterfly needle. Her demeanor at this point was highly unprofessional, as if she was angry that we asked her to use a different needle. I am shocked that she tried to use a regular needle on my daughter. I have been here twice for my blood work and both times has been beyond nice. MAKE A APPOINTMENT BEFOFE YOU GO PLAN AHEAD. Or show up extremely early and be ready to wait. This is a high volume place so do with that what you will. The staff are efficient and work diligently. Not all of them are acting like they work at Disneyland which I love. They are relaxed and welcoming. When it came time to the actual bloodwork they were very professional and re assuring. I have ghost veins apparently so both times I had some trouble getting blood. She is so careful and always gets it on the first try. Thank you for making this dreaded event quick and easy. Rita is an amazing phlebotomist! She was very kind and provided the first completely painless blood draw I've had in my life. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time using the LabCorp website and was in and out of there in 15 minutes. They have pretty good appointment availability on weekdays, so I only had to wait a week to get my labs done. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time (for non-urgent testing) because the walk-in line is always long. Thanks again Rita! read more
