My aunt has rolling veins and let me tell you that the veins are always difficult to find I have been bringing her here for the past 10 years and to say this experience today with an appointment made to make it clear we were in and out in 10-15 minutes Itzel and Liz assisted in finding the right vein and only poking her once. Watching them work together to assist my aunt and make sure the vein didn't move was incredible. These two without hesitation helped us in making this experience and appointment appreciative of their profession. This location opens as early as 5am so if you're fasting this would work well. Place is small and can be crowded very important that you have an appointment. You can check in via the website or app that makes everything swift and smooth in and out. Sufficient parking. Building a bit old and could be dark if arriving really early. There's elevator and stairs building has only 2 floors. Staff is friendly and patient given how people can be cranky bec they probably had to do some fasting. read more

I don't understand how this Labcorp location has such low ratings when I have experienced nothing but professionalism starting from their front office to the back, and I visit this location several times a year... Even though there is another Labcorp location closer to my home, I'd willing to drive further because this location is much better since it's cleaner and the staff is very pleasant to deal with... You can make an appointment ahead of time online, or walk-in and wait a little longer...They are located on the second floor of a medical building and they have plenty of free parking!!! My favorite Phlebotomist is Noemi who is amazing since I have small veins that are very difficult to draw blood from... The experience we had here was absolutely horrible. Didn't know what we came in there for first of all and the person who's supposed to be qualified to draw the blood has no idea what she's doing. Pricked both arms And still did not find the vein not to mention she changed needles from the smaller one to the bigger needle knowing she had no idea what she was doing. Just terrible. I couldn't make an appointment so I walked in and waited half an hour before I was seen. When you arrive, make sure you have your ID out. You don't have to talk to the staff. If the "Check In" machine is available, and you're next in line, you may go for it. There are two for use: one has an obvious "Check In" sign and another is a tablet on the reception counter. To begin the check in process, you place your ID face down on the plastic tray. It will scan your ID and your information will automatically be pulled up. After you confirm the accuracy of your personal info, you can find a seat or wait outside for your name to be called. The phlebotomists are nice and quick so you could trust that at least. There are some red flags that y'all should be aware of. This LabCorps location doesn't follow strict CDC protocol. There are no sanitizing wipes for the machines despite having so many patients touching the same screen. No one is wiping down the seat after each patient is called in. Compared to Quest Diagnostics Lab and their dIligent COVID safety measures, this LabCorps location needs to make improvements. If they truly care about their patients safety, they should do better. How do they expect patients to trust them if they can't get basic sanitation down? It's scary because they actually do COVID antibodies testing here so anybody (potentially asymptomatic) could spread the virus. read more

Billing system is broken. They send out bills before they bill either primary or secondary insurance system. Because of this there is no way to know if you really have an outstanding balance. Calling their billing line is useless since there is no longer any way to talk to a live person. read more

It took about 4 weeks to get a morning appt at this facility for basic blood work for a physical. Upon check-in the office lady immediately informed me that they were out of stool sample kits and I would have to come back another day to pick one up. Then she said she has no idea when that would be. 5 minutes later she collected my insurance info and advised me there was a hold on my account from 4 years ago and they could not provide services to me at this time. I've been to this location both before and during the pandemic and never had to wait long. I usually get there around 10 in the morning. Staff and phlebotomists are always professional and get the job done quickly and accurately. Keep in mind that their hours will shorten starting June 2020 so check ahead before coming in. I noticed that they attempted to separate the chairs to provide more spacing between patients. You also have the option to wait in your car but I felt the wait was quite short for me. My left arm was used to get labs for my OB clinic on March 1st. She did a good job at inserting the needle (didn't feel a thing) but she was rushing the entire process and went back to top off 2 vials that didn't get enough the first time. I have a high pain tolerance but holy sh** that was the worst experience ever. It was over with quickly at least. I didn't fuss at the time of visit because it looked like they had a busy morning. But 2 days later I noticed slight bruising and last night it got worse. It's sore to the touch, the bruising line explains how badly positioned the needle ended up getting into somehow. I saw an older lady who told the receptionists (white lady and Hispanic gentleman) that she was 83 years old and not tech savy and needed assistance checking in. Well, they told her that she should try it first. From my experience not everyone is tech savy and if someone is asking for help the help should be given.
