I went here for a pre-employment UA screening. I got there at 12:22. I was turned away BC they go to lunch at 12:30. I was also told that pre-employment UA's end at 11:45 then start again at 1:30. I had to pee so bad that I could t hold it any longer. So I went at their lunch break as I had nothing else to do in this area. I came back at 1:30 was promptly take back but I could only provide 1/2 enough required for the sample. So I chugged 4 glasses of water. I went outside to wait in my truck since the waiting room was full. I walked back in stating I could fill the cup now then was told I couldn't submit the sample BC I went outside. No one ever told me I couldn't leave the lobby! If I was going to inject myself with someone else's urine or fake urine I would have done it initially not after the first try! So to make things better I go there the next day and a lady in a Subaru SUV sideswiped my truck then drove off and wouldn't pull over. This could have been avoided if the dirty blonde haired lady would have done her job! read more

THIS LAB IS NOT OPEN UNTIL 5pm! There is a paper sign on the door saying they close at 4:45pm and one time when I was there they had it locked before 4:40pm. This extra sign has been this way every single time I go to this lab, despite posted hours online saying 5pm. I find it incredibly unprofessional to close early every single day. read more

I drove 2 1/2 mileS. IN MY WHEELCHAIR to get a lab done. There was no safe way to enter using a wheel chair. A patient that was leaving actually held the door. Barely made it in. A lady sat down at the desk and I handed her my labs. Sitting there in front of her desk she helped every last person there, leaving me last. She then told me to wait. Fine She went on break. I was ignored as there was NO WAY for my chair to fit in the room. If you are disabled do not come here. I was frustrated and expressed it. They left me until last, then refused to do my Labs as I was NASTY. WHAT? NEVER USED ANY SWEAR WORDS. They actually let another patient swear at me when I complained about the lack of wheelchair access to get labs done. Told me to leave.guess they have no time for cripples. I had to get a blood test done for work. I got Gail & she was amazing. I don't do well with needles at all, she made the whole thing such a breeze and was even making me laugh during it. 10/10 would recommend. Gail is an all star. read more

I went in yesterday and had the usual service. The lady who drew my blood was awesome and did a fantastic job, very nice and competent. When I was here a year ago, I got dizzy when they were done taking 3 vials of blood. The girls who worked there made me stay seated while the other one got a pepsi and few chocolate chip cookies from her lunch and gave it to me. I sat there until I was ok, no rush. That being said I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. Pretty cool people. I see a person complaining about overbilling in another comment. This happened to me once and it was because my Dr submitted the wrong billing codes, nothing to do with Labcorp. read more

I received a bill for $374.94 for routine lab work. This is work that I've done every year for the last 10 years. This lab work costs around $14 each year - except for the years the billing staff make a mistake with the codes. A few years ago, this happened, and they absolutely WOULD NOT listen to or work with me. I actually had to do hours of research and give their billing people the proper codes to use (how to do their jobs!). It took several hours over multiple weeks, and the only benefit was that I was billed the correct amount. I lost hours of my life to this. This year, they made EXACTLY the same mistake so I found a more effective way to deal with companies like this. I actually did the following with a different company that made a similar billing error and it works. I will do this with Labcorp this time: Let them know about the error. This is important. Don't spend much time, but do it in writing or keep a record of when you called and who you talked with. Do not pay. You will need a different lab going forward. If/when they send the erroneous bill to collections, dispute it on your credit report (usually a click of a button on the reporting trans union or Equifax website). That may end it. However, if they substantiate the claim with the Credit reporting agency, call a credit dispute attorney (Google). Most will do the work for the payout, and it costs you nothing. They will sue the company that put the negative entry on your credit report. Court is expensive, so the company will try to settle. Do not settle unless they offer you more than the original bill. Ideally, get a judgement. Judgements are black marks on a permanent record, and give regulators and courts more to work with in future cases. Everyone but Labcorp will get paid, and its actually less work than trying to beg the Labcorp billing department to do the right thing. In fact, my experience shows that this is the only efficient way to deal with them when they make a mistake. I would recommend everyone do this with Labcorp. read more
