Got a school sport physical for my daughter who has fainting and seizure issues. Seen for 5 minutes and cleared, no questions. Whether thats good or bad, depends on you. 3. Went to get a quick work physical, was turned away. Jefferson up front said that they didnt have forms for me, that I would need my own physical form. Called the Porter Ranch office and they said they could do the physical because they have a generic form they use. Went to afc whose affliated with Henry Mayo instead.

I asked the lady at the desk (no name badge) if she could call the insurance, check the card again, etc. Nothing worked. I went down the street to UCLA Urgent Care, got in right away, insurance was verified, copay charged, saw the RN and MD and was out in 30 min. Picked up the new Rx and insurance worked on that too. Having only had one drug test done before, I was a little apprehensive about coming here because the first time I had gone and taken one I had spent a good hour waiting for my turn to be called. When they mean express they REALLY mean express. From the moment I walked inside the office, filled out my paperwork, did the drug test, and signed the release forms I honestly think only 5 minutes or so had elapsed... it was that quick! Now you probably think I came incredibly early to avoid the long lines. WRONG. I came at 1:00PM on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised to find that I was the only one in the office waiting. Here are some things you'll need to know: - NO APPOINTMENTS! - You will need your ePassport and photo ID (should be emailed to you by your employer) - It is located in a building with a white gate. - Make sure you park in designated spots ONLY! - They close for lunch from 2:00-2:30pm! - The brochure says that they will do a body and bag check but they didn't do one for me. Overall, very pleased with this experience! I had 3 days from the time I was notified to take the drug test to complete it and I'm glad that a good chunk of my day wasn't wasted here. My only gripe is that the lady at the front desk is also the person who conducts your drug test and issues you throughout the entire process and she is NOT a nice lady. I would recommend someone with better customer service, but I guess if I was handling urine I wouldn't be the happiest person out there either. (85/100)

Dr. Wong listens carefully to my concerns during visits, and has greatly improved the condition of my health since I first began going to SCV Quality are. His knowledge in primary care is remarkable, and I appreciate that he always considers my specific situations for my care. My lab results have all normalized under his care, and I credit Dr. Wong completely for that. Can't forget the staff. All the staff I have encountered at this facility are incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient.
