If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Charlene and Jerry were incredible! I needed a mobile service for my child, who is autistic, non-verbal, and experiences significant medical anxiety. Naturally, I was nervous about the process because my child can be extremely challenging in medical situations.
From the start, Charlene put me at ease during our phone call. She was compassionate, understanding, and assured me that they would do everything possible to make the blood draw a success. Out of all the mobile services I contacted, Charlene was the only one who truly listened and gave me confidence in their ability to handle our situation.
The morning of our appointment, they provided a courtesy call with an ETA, which I greatly appreciated. When Charlene and Jerry arrived, they came prepared with a clear plan to ensure a successful and stress-free blood draw. Jerry, the phlebotomist, was incredibly kind and patient with our child, something we rarely encounter in similar situations.
In the past, we've always asked providers about their experience with special needs children, only to end up disappointed when their actions didn't match their promises. But this company exceeded every expectation. Charlene and Jerry showed unparalleled professionalism, patience, and empathy, and the care they demonstrated for our child made all the difference.
