A little difficult to find because the signage isn't prominent, but it was worth the drive! It's not a sardine can of people, and the gentleman at the desk is pleasant and so friendly. From the time we parked and walked right in (handy lot), checked in and he found her lab , we waited LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! Amazing!! The office is clean, quiet and the views out the window are beautiful. The phlebotomist was gentle and did a great job drawing blood! We are coming back here. This was amazing!

He was very skilled and asked questions and then listened. He did not try to force any test on you but gave you his knowledge and let you decide. Milton made me feel as though he was a Doctor and knew what he was doing. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. The facility is very clean with updated medical equipment and electronic devices. This place is in a well lit, safe surrounding in a nice shopping center. The wait time when we went was not long and I appreciated that. When you're sick you'd rather be home in bed than in an urgent care. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

They recommended I contact my insurance to find a new provider. I called my insurance and they said my doctor was still listed as in network and they didnt understand why I was being denied services. I'm not sure what is going on but if heritage sierra refuses to work with PPO insurance plans they need to review their contract, and doctors at their practice should be removed from the insurance network list. I was never notified of any changes prior to today and am now left scrambling to find a new doctor.

Dr. Wong listens carefully to my concerns during visits, and has greatly improved the condition of my health since I first began going to SCV Quality are. My lab results have all normalized under his care, and I credit Dr. Wong completely for that. Can't forget the staff. We'll see you in two weeks. Oh the emergency department said you need to follow up on a septic infection you have? We can fit you in, in two weeks. ER said you may have cancer? We can fit you in next month... I come to rely on going to urgent care and getting faster care than at this office! Unfortunately you cannot receive follow up care or more in depth testing at urgent care or the emergency department and this can be interpreted as medical neglect and should be filed against the medical board and insurance companies. It's asinine to be unable to procure adequate care from this physician in a timely manner. By the time you secure an appointment you probably will be over said illness and he'll look at you condescendingly and ask you why are you even here for? If you're not sick anymore.
