Got a school sport physical for my daughter who has fainting and seizure issues. Seen for 5 minutes and cleared, no questions. Whether thats good or bad, depends on you. 3. Went to get a quick work physical, was turned away. Jefferson up front said that they didnt have forms for me, that I would need my own physical form. Called the Porter Ranch office and they said they could do the physical because they have a generic form they use. Went to afc whose affliated with Henry Mayo instead.

I asked the lady at the desk (no name badge) if she could call the insurance, check the card again, etc. Nothing worked. I went down the street to UCLA Urgent Care, got in right away, insurance was verified, copay charged, saw the RN and MD and was out in 30 min. Picked up the new Rx and insurance worked on that too.
