I went to Lady Lash Studio. The service is awful. I gave Hope the benefit of performing and giving her best. I spent a great deal of money. I had to go back in to the Lady Lash Studio 3 times for my micro blading. I got an eye infection. For two weeks my eyes were matted. When I expressed my concerns, Hope said, oh! But, they are better now. Lady Lash Studio is only concerned about the money they make. Not the customer. When I tried to explain how I wanted my eye brows to look, Hope did not care. Same results.y eyebrows are not symmetrical. I had a facial performed by Hope. Very rough. Not pleasant and soothing. Left two dark spots on my face. The male that called me is very rude and unprofessional. Straight Bull! I ask for what was advertised. I did not get that. Oh! And, Hope took it upon herself to charge my credit card $25. And, had the nerve to charge my credit card $25 when I did not owe. Sad!. Ridiculous! A happy customer is a return customer. I only returned due to the fact I was promised by Hope she would make it right. She didn't. Thank you for your time and patience. On a fourth day after receiving the procedure, my eyes became red, extremely itchy and my eyelashes curled in a different direction that being said the technician is not professionally trained since she over hold the product on my lashes and the quality of the product is not the following the standards since for a nonallergic person to get an allergy means the product just a cheap made chemicals " Hoa Beauty " stay away from this product. One of the best first experiences ever! It's my first time ever getting lashes done and I was recommended by a friend to go to Lady Lash. They are amazing at what they do. I've started going back in July and have been frequently returning since. Staff are all very friendly and super attentive to what you want. I usually go with Hop, but I've also had Lana take care of me and it was a great experience! For my lashes, I usually prefer not too crazy volume and a nice natural look. The ladies here are fantastic with recommendations on styles to try. I've done the classic set, which was what I started off with and currently am obsessed with the hybrid set. I've never been one to leave reviews or comment negatively about someone's business but I am very dissatisfied and disappointed! I had gone here to try lash extensions for the first time and wish I had never gone. By the 3rd day with my lashes on, the glue had fully crystallized (due to cheap products) creating complete irritation and swelling to my eyes. By the 4th day, half of the lashes had already fallen out and the other half causing major damage to my real lashes. The remaining lashes all curled in different directions also, concluding in inexperience! I texted my lash tech and explained my problems, asking for a refund for at least half of the $180 I spent; which resulted in being talked crazy too and told there was nothing they could do for me! I have been going to Lady Lash Professional since 2019, after another salon completely ruined my lashes. Hop was able to remove their lashes & salvage some of mine. She put on a full set, but it was still spotty since I didn't have many lashes to extend. Over the next few months, mine grew back & with their extensions, I had beautiful lashes again. I got my eyebrows waxed, lifted and tinted. Two different people worked on me during the whole process which I wasn't a fan of but it was fine. The brows are okay, but I also have pretty sparse thin brows so I'm usually not amazed any time I get my brows done. To much of my hair was taken off for my already thin brows but that could of been because since I wanted the lift to not look bushy but I wish I would of been told the only way to do that would of been to take off a lot of my brows I wouldn't of gotten it, but communication was an issue since the two different people. The biggest issue is how red and painful my brows are, immediately after it was fine but now 4 hours later it's very red and tender, there is also a darker red spot under one of my brows, I'm not sure if the wax was to hot or if it was over waxed in that area but it hurts! My sister also went with me and got the same thing done, hers isn't as bad as mine but she still has the same mark but hers is in the crease of her eye. The only reason it gets the two stars is because the two lady's who work here are so nice and friendly and they did try their best. Update: next day still very red and painful! Never had this happen before I'm honestly worried and might go to my dermatologist to make sure my skin is okay. read more

Lady lash or Ruby I suppose it was that I dealt with was extremely unprofessional with how she dealt with my soon to be appointment. I found her through a Facebook ad looking for a lash model and being brand new to the area I thought that would be a good way to test out the waters in the area. I confirmed my appointment thru Facebook and then was asked for my number. I then received a message the next day saying my appointment was confirmed, then the following day I got a text asking me to click on a link to confirm which I did. Then at 11:45 at night from a totally different number I get a text saying my appointments been canceled with no explanation. I tried to get clarification only to be dismissed that if a spot opened up I'd be informed. As a beauty professional, I'd say this experience was far less than professional. read more

I was desperate. I was worried that I would have these lashes removed and no lashes left to re-do. Anna removed my disaster set and found that I had enough lashes to re-do. I paid $89 for mink lashes and 20 percent tip, which is similar to what I've paid for mink lashes. Hop was friendly. A full set took an hour an a half. Because it's just Hop doing all the lashes in a small room upstairs, you have to make an appointment. I called a few hours before hand and she had availability. She was careful with my eyes and recommended since I had almond eyes that she shape the lashes a certain way to make it look natural. I thought she did a professional job. read more

I was recommended to Hop by a person who trained with her. Hop is so friendly and sweet. She is very gentle when putting on the lashes and she explained the different sizes, glue, etc she uses. Her prices are reasonable, like any other lash places, refills increases as the weeks go by.
