I asked for the longest volume to be 18, if not 16. She said she couldn't because I've gotten my lashes done only once before and that was years ago. However, the first time ever of having my lashes done, I had went to Amazing Lash Studio and they gave me longgg voluminous lashes and that was my first time ever getting my lashes done, my lashes CAN withhold the length. Her excuse was not valid. The products she used hurtttt, mind you, I know how it normally feels but her products hurttttt. She kept trying to take pictures of my eyes but they kept tearing up. During the install someone came in and told the tech "no, natural!"... so they were aware of the mistake... Within an hour over 20 of the extensions had fallen out. I sent them a message with photos. So the glue wasn't even helping them stick. Once they fell out my lashes looked a lot better. The following day when I woke up I had so few left that I took the remaining lashes off myself. I asked for a refund- never heard back. Through email or text. Horribly disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
