With guests checking into the Airbnb in a short period of time, I called F&A Plugging and Rooter with an urgent request to send a plumber to my Airbnb that very day. Not only was the lady on the phone very nice, but she understood the urgency of the situation. After quickly collecting information about the situation, she let me know that a plumber would be able to come that day, in about two hours. I was so relieved. Then, something even better happened. About 20 minutes after I booked the appointment, the plumber himself called me and asked if he could come by in 30 minutes - a full 1.5 hours ahead of schedule! I agreed, met him at the place, and he assessed the situation quickly and professionally. He diagnosed the plumbing issue, made a recommendation on how best to fix it, gave me a price, and got to work. Within another hour the problem was fixed.
