One anecdote...after a lengthy delay getting some door screens due to a supply chain issue, Paul made sure they were installed, well past the project end date. I hired AAA Construction & Painting through my realtor. Big mistake!…read moreI won't and can't recommend this company, owner Peter Kim. I will say his electrician and plumber were very good. He had another man working for him who was very nice and also good. But it ends there. I can't begin to tell you about all of the damage to almost everything that I purchased new, the tub was not new. They didn't cover the tub & protect it, so it will cost me $900.00 to have it painted. I purchased 5 new interior doors, one door either came damaged or they damaged it and didn't take it back to Lowe's, they just painted over the damage without sanding it. A professional painter came to look at my doors, he said the problem with all the them is they "brush" painted them instead of "spray" painting them. All the doors are messed up. Peter didn't have a professional painter, he used his relatives. They also painted over some of the new door hardware and didn't clean any of it off. They didn't sand ANYTHING in the condo, just painted over everything & it shows. They didn't cover the bedrooms carpets, so there are spots of paint which they also never cleaned up. There is paint on the carpets next to some of the baseboards & they didn't clean that either. FYI, the sellers put all new carpets in before the condo went on the market. They spilled something on the carpet next to the bathroom and it lifted the color. My carpet cleaner asked what they spilled, but I don't know. Damage to brand new carpets. If that's not bad enough, they cut wood in the master bedroom (WHO DOES THAT),didn't cover the carpet & never vacuumed the sawdust and pieces of wood. They could have used the balcony. They did almost NO finish work either. I ended up having to put work orders in at this complex & had to pay the HOA for the work done. I only did what had to be done, and I have the receipts to prove it. Peter knows about this & he owes me hundreds of dollars. He said he would pay me what I paid out of pocket as long as I had the receipts from the HOA and I NEVER heard from him again. He NEVER gave me any receipts or copies of the receipts for everything I bought new. He also never returned/replaced a couple of my things even though he said he would. Bottom line : NO respect for me or my property.

Mike did a great job on the plaster repair (including matching the existing texture, not an easy task) and the wall and ceiling repainting. It was a multi-day project, in order to let the plaster and coats of paint dry between sanding, etc., but Mike got it done as quickly as possible.
