He gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done to install the automatic water shut-off valve required by our home insurance. Finding a good plumber that you can rely and depend on is very hard. After reviewing Yelp, I decided to go with Whistle Plumbing to get a quote. Owner was very responsive and was able to schedule me in the next day. My appt was between 2-4pm, however, Ben & Anthony were kind enough to call me since they were done early from the previous client and asked if I was available. Of course, I said Yes! They arrived and were very friendly. They also didn't mind me asking them questions because inquiry mind wants to know . Big plus for me was they cleaned up real well. Thank you! Unfortunately, after using the sink that night there was an issue and I had to call back to have them check it again and sure enough, the owner called and scheduled me the next day between 8-10am.
