We had water running under the kitchen faucet, it turned out to be a rusted through pipe. Emilio was able to drop by the same day, cut the old pipe, weld in a new one without a hitch. Wow, I'm a big fan. I called on Labor Day weekend (in 100 degree heat) to have a barely-functioning shower head looked at, and Emilio showed up to my apartment (early!) within 3 hours. He fixed the shower head in 15min and walked me through what to do if the problem came back.
